Aire Serv of Savannah

Jeremy from Aire Serv came over after our thermostat stopped working and our AC shut down.

We were new in this house and not only did he fix the immediate problem, he also walked us through a variety of things to watch out for and maintain as we settle into the home. He was friendly and efficient.

We’ll definitely be using Aire Serv for all HVAC issues long term.

Air Serv was great to work with. We had a 3 ton unit replacement and installation of all new duct work throughout the home. Chris Sturgess with Air Serv was only person that came out and actually provided duct work design drawings after receiving several quotes from different companies. Their team installed the the AC unit package, ripped out all duct work, and installed new duct work in 1 day which was impressive. I would highly recommend this company!

Big shout out to Jonathan at AireServ! He was very professional and genuine while carefully explaining what was going on with the unit. He certainly made us feel like more than just a number with his attention to detail. After our service call we requested Jonathan as our regular bi-annual maintenance tech! He is AWESOME!

I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to the Aire Serv Savannah team for making right an issue with my A/C unit. A day after an Aire Serv technician serviced my A/C unit, the condenser burned up even though the unit had not been in use for several months. The sent a technician over right away and determined that a lead had not attached correctly. The owner took immediate responsibility and provided me with a new unit. The installation technicians, Andrew and Hunter, were excellent- extremely polite and respectful but most importantly competent. This is the type of business everyone should use. I highly recommend them.

I have used Aire Serv for several years for yearly HVAC service and the occasional repair. They consistently provide excellent, professional service. Highly recommend.

Jonathan Griesy and his team came to our office to service and change all the filters. They are very prompt and made sure everything was taken care of. They’re also very friendly and shows that they do care and are happy doing their job. I highly recommend this company and their people.

Supposed to clean and prep for the summer.
As you see I was not cleaned. The inside was not cleaned. I wondered What they did.
They did try to sell me a new unit that costs $3,770.00 new with out installation, for 9,000 with installation. This was over a month ago.
I cleaned my own unit and it had been going strong.
Man, this place is scammers. Stay away! Unless you have money to throw away.

The service here is amazing! Will and Hunter showed up on time, were polite, and cleaned up after the job was complete. They consistently asked me if I was happy with the way the install looked and even did a quick fix of something unrelated. Above and beyond customer service. Highly recommend to anyone.

I am very pleased with the service we received today!.. The technician, Jeremy, actually showed up sooner than he thought he would be able to. That’s always a good thing! Once he arrived he jumped right into it and found the problem very quickly and was able to make the repair within 15 minutes or so. Again, I know it’s tough getting service on a Sunday, but Air Serv responded quickly. Jeremy was very professional and got us up and running again quickly!..
