Everyone involved was awesome from the sales person (Jacob), the service person that came out for an emergency Freon recharge (Andrew) and the installation crew (Marcus, Hunter and Dylan). Everyone was very professional, courteous and respectful. I ask a lot of questions and no matter who I asked, they were great about answering me and making sure I understood the answer. Would highly recommend this company and especially the team of professionals that helped me thru the process of having to buy an entirely new system.

I had to call After hours due to my air blowing hot air. Jay responded very fast after hours and fixed the issue very quickly. He was very professional and really made sure I had everything I needed for cold air. He took his time and explained everything that he was doing. I’ve been using the maintenance service since I purchased my house and I’m very happy. Would absolutely recommend.

I would've given them zero stars if I could (and this is my very first time giving a review). I called them to come and take a look at my ac unit because it was not blowing cold air. Jeramy Bond came and said that the condenser capacitor and fan motor needed to be replaced (those parts has been replaced in less that 2 years). During his installation, he bended the fan blades, I could hear him from the inside of the house banging stuff all over, making it sound awful... 2 days later, Jume 24,he shows up with another technician, still unsure of what they were coming here to do since nothing changed. They said they were going to contact me because there were other parts that needed to be replaced. Didn't hear anything back from them until today, 3 months later with an invoice. Invoice says that temperature inside of the house was "70", when it was actually over 84 degrees. The parts listed in the invoice were never discussed with me and/or my wife. They never called at all and didn't fix the issue, they just made it worst. I ended up calling Pro Air and they took good care of it.

I've dealt with many HVAC companies in the past but Air Serv of Savannah was the best ever!! Jeramy Bond was the HVAC repair tech that was sent to do our repair. He was so professional, knowledgeable, experienced and very kind. This company is honest and dependable! I would recommend this company to everyone who is in search of a better HVAC company. I'm happy and satisfied with the their work. Thanks Jeramy!!

I've had to call Aire Serv twice now for after hour repairs for a couple tenants. They were fast, immediately were able to locate the problem and fixed the problem quickly. Andre was our tech and was great at communication, being on time and getting the issue resolved in a timely manner. We were very impressed with them and decided to sign up for their preventative, 2x a year maintenance. Would highly recommend!

Was very professional and thorough. The best maintenance I've ever received. The staff in the office Jacob and Celina goes above and beyond to give quality customer service. The technician that came to my home was the best. I highly recommend Air Serv. It's good to know that good customer service is still around. Just when I thought it was a thing of the past. The staff that I have dealt with is definitely an asset to Air Serv.

Marcus and his guys took care of us once again. On a Friday afternoon Robert came out and fixed up the issue that was causing the AC to not work. Not only did he fix it, he showed me the issue so I can understand how to correct it myself next time. I have used Marcus and his father for three homes now on all HVAC installs etc and I honestly wouldn’t trust my prices or homes with others. - Lucy

We have used this company for a few years now and they keep getting better! The customer service is great and the technicians, especially RJ, are excellent! They provide quick, caring and courteous service. They really listened to me about my concerns and gave me peace of mind knowing that my units would be taken care of year after year. After much headache and different people giving me the run around….. I Called aire Serv and they had a person out the next morning offering an appointment first thing at 8am. Robert the technician was extremely educated and proficient in ac repairs, a true pleasure to work with. I will most certainly be using this company again based on todays experience. Do the right thing and call aireserv to have your unit working the best it possibly can!

They came and fixed my central air conditioning on very short notice, in the evening, in August ( Hottest month of the year!) after work, so I didn't even have to take off work to get it fixed. Could not ask for better service than that! Technician's name was Sean. Great work. Great guy.
