PROMPT, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL... I got the run around./rip off routines ENOUGH , and I struck Gold when I called Down's!! Honesty is paramount, we all know about car mechanics., RIGHT? We all have had SALES PEOPLE , who earn commission telling us "YOu need a new Gizmo A, B or C added to your air handler"... Downs delivers and the prices were very ffair and the workmanship and skill level are the Greatest! cALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE ac/hvac ISSUES, don't waste valuable time with Sales pitches or incompetent installers.. Lived here my whole life, I am blessed to have found an honest business!!

I emailed them for an appointment and they called back and said they could come the same day for regular maintenance. The guy came and walked me thru everything, answered questions, and was very personable

Very professional and fast response love the company!!! Done business with the one in Hinesville many times so I called and they know longer service Savannah so they told me to call the one in Savannah pick up the phone as soon as I called and came out and fix the problem.... look forward to have them service it in the future.

The office is great to deal with, appointments are easy to make, and the technicians show up on time and know what they are doing. They have kept my systems working well for years
