Aire Serv of Savannah

I realized that my beach house was warm at 6 pm on a Friday night. Andre answered the on call technician line and was at my house in Tybee within 30 minutes. Unfortunately he did not have the parts to fix my outside fan but let me know that my unit was still under warranty and that they have had some issues with this brand. Andre was polite and efficient.

If I could give Aire Serv ten stars I would. Dan the tech was phenomenal. We rent space in the Savannah Mall for our church. The church is so cold that we had to purchase three space heaters.

The Mall is not responsible for the maintenance of the church. It has been an extremely frustrating experience with the Mall management.

We can not thank Ameri Serv enough for their outstanding service. Dan went above and beyond our expectations. He was determined to resolve our issue.

Thank you again and again for making this possible. We now have heat and it is nice and comfortable in the sanctuary. To God be the glory.

Jay was punctual and very professional. He cleaned our units thoroughly and kept a cheerful attitude even after stepping on a fire ant mound and getting stung 😒. I’m also happy he’s a dog lover since he got along fine with my hyper pup, Dante. Thanks for the excellent service!

We had AC problems during the Covid19 shelter at home. The technician was professional, prompt, punctual, and he came equipped with gloves, mask etc., to address any health related concerns.

The technician was able to diagnose the issue with the AC unit and he promptly made repairs. I appreciate the professionalism that the technician displayed during the service call.

Called Downs based on reviews. They more than lived up to the reviews. Arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Informed me what was next. The techs Daniel and Earl were outstanding. Miss Daisy in the office was a pleasure to talk to and kept me informed as to when they would arrive again. I would like to give a special Thanks to Miss Daisy Daniel and Earl for a job well done. They will do all my HAVC work from now on.

I give AAA's to them. The woman answering the phone was excellent, they got out here the day I called, and fixed the system quite quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

After getting the run around from Byrd, them not being able to get to me when they said, them not calling me back like they said, and then finally them saying they were going to charge me 2 service call fees since it was my upstairs and downstairs unit but the same exact address/house I finally gave up on them on called these guys. Down had a guy to me in 3 hours. Robert was polite and professional. He quickly troubleshot the system and had it up and running in about an hour which included a quick trip to grab a part. When all was said and done Downs did in 4 hours what Byrd failed to do in 24 hours, AND Downs did it all (parts, service, everything) for what Byrd wanted just to step foot on my property. I would highly recommend going with Downs, I fully intend to use them for any future heating and air.
