Our air conditioner went out this morning. Based on reviews, we called Aire Serv and I'm glad that we did! They were able to come out in the afternoon during the window time that was promised. Andre was professional, polite and wore a mask the entire time. Turns out that our motor went out, so he worked hard with the office staff to make sure that they found the motor we needed so that we wouldn't be without air all weekend. At 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, might I add. Super efficient. Andre even cleaned the unit while he waited for his boss to bring the motor over to be installed. Very thoughtful and courteous, which means so much these days. We will definitely be calling Aire Serv again! 5+ Stars!

I have used this company in Savannah a few times. ALWAYS a great experience. I called the other day to schedule my winter annual as well as one for my mother’s townhouse. They were able to get me in early and scheduled my mother right after mine. This was important because while trying to change my mother thermostat, I made things worse and she had no heat. Brian, the service engineer from Aire Serv, identified that I had blown a fuse in minutes! Brian was very quick and knowledgeable in his field. Extremely courteous and showed up early! Overall fantastic guy! Never let this guy go! But I must say that everyone I have met or spoken to at Aire Serv are awesome. Thank you!

Extremely impressed! They were able to have someone come out within an hour to fix the AC. The person I spoke to initially over the phone was extremely nice and thorough. The company even sent an email that had the name and picture of the technician that was coming to make the repairs. Making a payment online was so easy as well!

I have used Aire Serv of Savannah for several years and they have never, ever let me down. Lindsey, Jay, Jacob and the others are great. They have been to my home evenings and weekends.... whenever needed. They always fixed things right away at a very reasonable price.

The outside temperature was nearing 95+ degrees and I was not happy that I was facing an unexpected repair. I was truly impressed from the moment I spoke with you customer service representative who was very patient and understood my concern and assured me that we would be serviced as soon as possible. The service man arrived in uniform, with identification to match the text message I received to tell me he was on the way. He patiently listened to me explain the problem. He calmly explained in detail the mechanical error he found after taking several equipment readings. Equally important, he took great care not tracking dirt thru the house. Lastly, I was thrilled that the repair was quick and painless. Let me recap, timely service, professional, caring and clean. This service call was less stressful than I had thought it might be and I am thankful that I called your company and received first class customer service care. The folks at Aire Serv were very responsive to my problem. They communicated vey quickly ad made honest, reasonable recommendations. The technician (Andre?) found a problem the previous tech did not catch (another service company) I am very grateful for the help all around.

Aire Serv has been wonderful to deal with. They stand behind their products and their service. Aire Serv and their predecessor has done all our HVAC maintenance and installation for 20 years. I trust them to take care of all HVAC needs in this household. Jay and Shaun are my go-to technicians. They are both fantastic!

Fast, professional, & reasonably priced! I called in the morning, I immediately received an email confirmation, I also received an email with a photo of the technician who was coming to my house. I left a key for him to get in...besides having cold air, I would have never known he was there. I got home to cold air!! Then I got an email the next morning, with photos of my equipment, & and explanation of what was wrong & what he fixed. The pricing was very reasonable as well. Stellar experience with Aire Serve!! Highly recommended!

Jay was amazing. He came out on time and did a very thorough check of our heating system since we were smelling a burning scent out of the vents. He was very personable and made it easy to trust his judgement. Would highly recommend him and the crew!
