Downs Heating And Air saved my day. I called one of the other leading companies in town they told me I needed a new unit. Because my unit is on a four story building and required a crane it was going to cost 7,000. A friend told me to call Downs. He said they always do him right. I did they came out that day and told me a rat ate through my thermostat wire. 300 dollars and it was fixed. I learned that some companies technicians work by commission but Downs does not. Thanks for saving my week.

Airserve provides quality inspection yearly to my home. When I had problems in the winter they made sure I was not without heat.

I was SO pleasantly surprised when the tech showed up on a Sunday morning to fix my AC. Not only was he courteous and very knowledgeable, but the call didn’t cost any extra even though it was a weekend. Wow! Thank you!
