Don't call climate if you need services quickly. Climate clam they checked my air conditioner, put freon in it and replaces a part. That same day my A/C was still blowing hot air. I called back 3 hours later and told them that my air was still not performing correctly. The technician came back the next day and accused me of taking the freon out of the system myself and then sat on the phone for the next 4 hours fussing with his boss. They strung me along for the next 3 days promising to come back everyday to replace or fix the unit and never did. Finally on day 4 they call back only to say that it would take another week to fix or replace my unit. After sitting in a 90° house my husband and I and with four children and a dog finally realized that I should call someone else. I'm confused as to why my air conditioner wasn't properly diagnosed and given an estimate when they came out initially. Also why was it taking so long to replace my unit. I do not fault the technician. The owners and management need to properly train technicians on how to do their job. Climatech your technicians need pricing for services and 24-hour access to all parts. When someone calls you about their air conditioning unit they need that done ASAP, especially during the summertime. It's okay if you cannot provide that service right then and there, but that's something that needs to be told to customer upfront. Or, stop taking customers that you can't service properly. After four days of dealing with climatech, I called another business here in Savannah and had a brand new A/C compressor blowing cold air within 5 hours.
Using this business for about 18 years and in the last few years they've left my house with me wondering what I'm paying for. And on top of it I had a scheduled maintenance. Periodically throughout the year. And the guy that was supposed to do the schedule maintenance never showed up, the overflow pan in my air conditioner overflowed and the water went not just the second floor ceiling but the first floor ceiling and if they had shown up on time to do the scheduled maintenance or a week and a half beforehand this would never have happened. I continue to use them after this incident. And they were just consistently late. And consistently didn't do anything. This was a better business but it is not now.
PS my guest room still smells like mold.
The owner replied to me and said that I could have called up there and complained and if he thinks I didn't do that I don't know what to tell him. I did call up there and tell them what happened. They didn't want to take any action. I ended up getting my insurance involved and paying deductible.
Have used Climatech for years. Have never been disappointed in their service, timelines, professionalism, knowledge of heating and ac units and their pricing. An excellent and reputable company.

This technician's communication skills are excellent. System maintenance was thorough, with clear explanations of process.. Work was performed efficiently, and workplace was left neat & clean
This is the place you want, if you are in Savannah. Not only was it a fair price (the best) but they were on time, super professional, competent, and fixed the motor in under an hour. Called Friday evening and they fixed it Saturday! Alan was super nice and very knowledgeable. He even kept things very clean, if that is important to you. Randy and Jennifer at the office were great. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. 6 out of 5 stars. Never going to call anyone but them!
I was hesitant first because on Yelp the reviews were 2.5/5 stars. Glad the Holy Spirit directed me to them. Very good and outstanding service. Very professional and the maintenance guy Allen was a sweetheart. He had no problem wearing a mask and booties over his shoes while walking on my carpet when I asked/request. On time and prompt. The whole team was easy to work with and nice. I gave all five stars.
