The 24/7 support is false advertising. Called; a relay person took my call and said they would dispatch someone to call - no response from service guy had to call several times to find out if they were going to show up. All they said was all I can do is dispatch the request. If your going to offer 24/7 repair service than to it don't pretend someone is going to offer this kind of service.

Brock provided excellent service, even using a ladder which was damaged in order to complete the work. Highly recommended. The office staff is completely the opposite.

I was very impressed to have service the same day I called! Kevin was awesome! He showed up on time and was very courteous. He diagnosed the problem right away and promptly fixed it!

Climatech Air, Inc. of Savannah has excellent technicians to keep your HVAC running at peak performance to provide lasting comfort. Their newest serviceman, Devin Griffin, has the knowledge and experience required to provide the needed service. He performed the semiannual check of my unit this week. He is knowledgeable, polite, informative, and he wore a protective mask and clean booties over his shoes before entering my house giving me full confidence that he was COVID19 safe and respectful. He has my highest recommendation.

Alan Griffin did a very conscientious summer checkup of air conditioning units at both houses. He checked and cleaned each unit completely doing an excellent job! Looking forward to having him do the same for the heating units in the fall!

Today I came home from work after an exhausting week to a 86 degree home. (By the way it was Friday at 4:30pm) I immediately checked the breakers, which we all "on". I called Climatec Air , who I have my service contract with. Dave arrived asap, about 7pm. I have an old system and expected the worst. It was a quick fix with a minimal service charge. As always, Dave was very profession, courteous, and knowledgable. I also use this company for my business locations, The Joint Savannah and The Joint Pooler, and always receive the same quality work.

Great staff. Truly professional and trustworthy. I am a loyal customer for 5 years. I have a service agreement with them and trust no other heating/air company in the local area.

Do not do business with this company. They installed a new AC unit into my home 9 months ago, and today there was a lot of water coming out of the AC duct on my second floor. I called Climtech because I bought the system from them and since it was so recent, it was still under warranty, but the Climatech guy who came out said that this issue wasn't under warranty. I decided to get a second opinion from Golden Triangle. That company said that the emergency drain pan installed by Climatech was too small for the AC unit, and they specifically said on their invoice that the prior installation was done very poorly.
