Logan, the technician that responded today was very professional & friendly. Climatech made me an appt. today, Friday, when I called this 🌄when two other companies in Savannah wouldn't come out until Monday. We awakened to a hot home and I was very nervous because we have two house dogs. I was very happy with Climatech's service call this afternoon. Thank you very much! Highly Recommended.

This was the first time I met Sam. I was very impressed with how thorough and professional he was. He worked quickly yet didn’t rush, he did things that until then I didn’t know we’re supposed to be done on a routine maintenance visit. Many years ago, they were a sharp company and used them to replace my HVAC unit. Service then was excellent and a professional outfit. THEN THINGS CHANGED. New management. Called their number to get service on my mom's house unit. Lady answered, asked "Why do you need service". After explaining, she said "I'll have someone call you". Never called back. Called again, after the same interrogation, service tech came out and did not know what he was doing. Another tech came out, replacement needed . Someone would call to give estimate. No calls, after a week and me calling them, I went with Coastal. Too many companies that want business, these folks don;'t seem to care!

Alan has been our Climatech service technician for many years and two homes. He is professional, courteous and honest. He shows up on time and performs high quality work. I highly recommend Climatech and Alan!

Mr. William Alan Griffin was my technician today. He is wonderful. He has a great personality and has the expertise and experience to do an excellent job on our units. I would highly recommend him.

Called to have them come to do a diagnostic on my AC unit. I spoke to a young lady on the phone who took down my information and scheduled the appointment. The technician called before he came and verified my address. He explained that the diagnostic fee would be $10 more because of the distance travelled.
He called me after the diagnostic was complete to explain my issue and said that he would email an estimate to repair and an estimate to replace.
A few days go by and I didn't get any word on the estimate. So I call the office and speak to a woman and ask about the estimate. She says I'm too far out and that they can't do the work. So I then ask what is it that needs to be fixed. She tells me that the tech will call me back.
The tech calls and explains what's broken and when I ask them why he came out and did the diagnostic service when they couldn't do the repairs due to the distance. He then told me that the girl who answered the phone was new and shouldn't have taken the call. I then asked if that was the case why didn't you tell me that when you verified my address.
He explained that he just does what the office tells him to do. I told him that it was poor customer service and told me to call the office and hung up on me. I called the office and spoke to the owner. He constantly interrupted me and wouldn't allow me to finish my statement. I said "damn man, are you going to let me finish?" He said "no, I'm not" and hung up on me. I never asked for anything from either of them except an apology. I didn't ask for a refund.

He performed a service. I paid for the service, under the assumption that they would do the repairs. They have high reviews but after my personal experience it seems maybe all the great reviews are personal friends.

Now I have to call another AC company, pay another diagnostic fee, and then get my unit fixed.
If other AC companies would except Climatechs estimate it wouldn't be so bad.

The entire experience could have been handled in a much more professional manner.

Too add insult to injury, we had another company come out today. They were able to repair our system on the spot, and the parts needed replaced were not the parts recommended by Climatech.

Climatech is an incredibly reliable company, and Alan takes that level of service to the next level. He wasn't satisfied until the job was done and the unit was running properly going forward, and he made sure that it would be done. Couldn't rate our experience with them more highly.

I bought an older home last year and a selling point was the new HVAC units that had been installed in 2018. Unfortunately the returns were poorly placed and installed which created an excessively loud problem for the entire ground floor. Climatech came out quick for an estimate(another company scheduled the estimate for over a month later), then once we agreed to have the service done they again came out quickly and completed the work in 1 day. Most importantly the return is now whisper quiet and it makes my home so much more enjoyable since I don't dread my, much needed, A/C running. They fixed someone else's mess and did it quick. Last note is the crew at my house was polite, respectful, and professional.
