Excellent experience! The technician was thorough, answered all my questions, educated me on both my air and heating units, and did a great job of servicing both. He was very professional and friendly.

Bruce was so nice and explained all the things that needed to be done. He seems very good at his job too. He didn't barf when he saw what the inside of my house too.

Sam diagnosed an improvement in the system and implemented it, keeping me posted on what he was doing and why. Replacing the HVAC filter is now much easier...and cheaper.

Irresponsible and unreliable company. Promises to call back not kept.
On repeated call, would not set up an immediate appointment to help with hvac malfunction for 4 days (while day temperatures soar over 90 F).

Had an appointment (the 2nd visit of my pre-paid plan) scheduled. No call and No show. Called Candy and re-scheduled. Second visit was also No Call No show. Called Candy again and she said she would call to re-schedule ...still waiting. Will not be using this service. I have lost my money on this "2nd visit".

Kevin arrived on time, was courteous and got my system back up and running in no time. Responsive and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Incredible customer service. Called on one of the hottest days of the year and a holiday weekend. Kevin showed up promptly and fixed the issue quickly. You cant ask for better service.
