Northern Tool + Equipment

In December I ordered a complex set of scaffold accessories for pickup at the store, and after getting home I realized that I had a set of 4 important wingnut sets that were missing. After I called from home that same day, they sent a driver out and personally delivered the wingnuts to my home, a 25-minute ride. I really appreciate Bonnie who was so helpful in solving my issue, and just showed a great desire to fix the mistake!

I went in to the store today. Older Caucasian employee lady was being so rude and unprofessional. I was looking at some items with my husband and She just came in between us and pick one of the items we were looking at and throw it back and walk away saying inappropriate things

I had some coupons to use and share today at Northern . I used one and gave 2 away . The store was very busy with customers and I just knew it would be hard to get an employee to help me quickly as customers were everywhere . I was wrong , I asked one lady on the floor if she could help me . She was assisting another customer but called someone else . He was there in less than 5 minutes to take my item to the register from its locked case . There was a line to the registers half way to the rear of the store but the cashiers were working their tails off and getting the customers taken care of . I bet I was in and out in about 25 minutes which was amazing considering how busy it was . Thanks Northern

Good products and great customer service

Want to personally thank Bonnie at Nothern Tool in Marietta Ga. I ordered a generator Online in Mid May , Nothern Tool did not have it in their distribution center on the east coast so they had it shipped from Texas on June 9.It arrived at the distribution center on June 12. I contacted Bonnie at Northern tool in Marietta Ga and told her I had to have the generator for a upcoming trip on June 27. The team at Northern tool went into action .
Specifically Bonnie tried to get the generator on the regular shipment , however could not ,so therefore Bonnie had the generator expressed shipped and I was able to pick it up on on June 25 to make My trip a success.
Bonnie is such a dedicated and loyal employee and her customer service encourages me to continue to make purchases from Nothern TSool

I don't understand all the bad reviews. 😏 I went into this store and right away people were asking me how I was doing and if I needed any help. Even the store manager Jeff came up talking to me. They got my things together on a cart for me and had it up front waiting on me. I needed 10 bags of blasting abrasive so they got it for me. I give them a 5 out of five. 👍🏼

On-line shopping is a breeze, now all there is to do is wait on your order to arrive, no hassling with traffic driving to your local store. Thanks Northern Tool

I've shopped at their Mareitta location several times and it's always a good experience. Store is very well organized and associates are always very helpful.
