Grainger Industrial Supply

I ordered 5 huge sheets of cardboard for a craft, so they ordered more to pick the cleanest sheets for me!
They didn't fit in my car, but they let me use their floor to cut the sheets in half.
Honest and great customer service, I will be returning if I need more.

Customer service is trash. Multiple employees literally walk right by you without asking if assistanceis needed. Allowed me to stand in line for 15 minutes before even acknowledging me. I was the only person in line, smh.. Trash service.

The motor to my AC unit went out and I needed a replacement part. The unit is about 15 years old and matching the part to a new one was necessary. I called Grainger and they had one in stock available for pickup that same day. I am so happy I didn't have to stay in a hotel again and was able to get my AC back up and running. The guy on the phone and the guy in store were both very helpful! The price of the part was on par with what I found online as well.

Customer service was fantastic! Employee I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly.

Order an item for store pickup, expired item came in, said they would have another the next day, drove over again, wasn't there. Said they would have it delivered to my house the next day for free. Four of later the item still didn't come and no contact from them. Called main number, claims item was lost in shipment but no explanation for was never informed. Cancelled order and will never deal with Grainger in the future.

I love Grainger “The Ones That Get It Done”. Outstanding customer service. The problem I see when going to Grainger is that most retail customers don’t know what the hell they are doing. And when that happens it ties up customers service. If you have a smart phone, look up the part number and pick it up at the Will Call. Don’t blame customer service because you don’t know how to look up a part number or don’t know what the hell your project requires. Do the research. People who give bad reviews (Most) of which....you are the PROBLEM!

Whenever I find myself driving around, looking all over for a part, I end up here. Then, I start to wonder why I didn't just start here in the first place. I can't think of a time when Grainger failed to deliver.

The folks at this location are always friendly and professional. We order parts through them weekly. Always easy to deal with. Thank you!
