Elizabeth the assistant store manager was super nice and helpful. She helped me locate an item I couldn't find in the store and they were on clearance and she also made me aware of the half price off clearance. I ended up buying a lot of things. Thanks to Elizabeth and her exceptional customer service led me to staying in the store longer and buying a lot more than I unintended. (Elizabeth thank you I'm the one who bought the waterproof lock box cases for my weapons safe storage)

I would give 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed in the Cobb Parkway-Marietta location! They have a clearly stated return policy on their website. The manager, Jeff, did not honor their word. I don't appreciate a large corporation that will lie especially bold faced in writing. Overall very unsatisfed with how this was handled. This was a purchase early the same day basically new still in the box. It wasn't the right tool for what was needed so it was taken right back to the same store with receipt! I will NEVER purchase anything else from this company again and recommend my crew do the same!

Dropped my chainsaw off to be repaired over a month ago and they stated it would be done in 2 weeks. Got no calls for an update after a month so I went up there and the chainsaw actually was worse off then when I dropped it off. It’s still not fixed so I picked it up and they refunded my money. No communication at all and a total waste of my time and still have a broken chainsaw. Look elsewhere for any repairs on yard equipment.

Very insightful delightful staff, this place has an intensive tool catalog to help you get any job done. Also has items the locals store has to have shipped weekly. Make sure you check with them before you order weeks out on a job you can do today.

I’ve shopped the Marietta, GA store many times. I’ve shopped in store, curbside pickup, and in store pickup. I’ve bought large items, small items, and even toys for Christmas gifts. The shopping experience has always been top notch with helpful associates, clearly marked prices, and easy check outs. If you’re buying from Norther Tool and you’re local to North Georgia, use the Marietta store, you’ll have a great experience.

After being disappointed by my experience at Harbor Freight, I walked into Northern Tool and was impressed with how neat and clean the store was. They had exactly what I needed just like their online inventory availability indicated. Online it said 16 units and I counted and it was a reality. I grabbed one and some other things. I was greeted warmly at the register, made my purchase and finished the task at hand. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you, Northern Tool.

We recently purchased the North Star hot water Pressure washing trailer from Northern in Stockbridge and headed out to our first job in Marietta. We quickly learned that the water would not get hot and could not figure out how to get it to work. Took it to the Northern location in Marietta. Turns out the burner was never installed on this unit. Jeff the manager at Marietta was able to quickly switch it out for us, and get us on to a successful first job. I really hope he sees this and I would 10/10 recommend buying anything from this location. Good people who do the right thing.

I had to pick up a pressure washer surface cleaner. They're having a great clearance. I'm just waiting to try my new surface cleaner.

nice place to look for tools ,but the store close early, 7 am to 7 pm is ok but it could be great if the store allow to be visited late than 7 pm

Greeted immediately upon entering store. Processed my on-line for store pickup order quickly and correctly. Associate assisted with loading heavy shelving boxes. Very pleased!
