Lee and the whole team from Cool Pro did an excellent job installing our new systems. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the units. The install is top notch quality. They covered all of the floors and cleaned up well after. We had a tight space to work with in the attic, but they still got everything in and out and new equipment installed in a day. Highly recommend them.

I found this company when the AC went out. They had a quick response, and they didn't overcharge or try to sell me anything. Sure, repairs totally stink and they cost money, ok, well I know they do a good job so it's worth paying them to do the job right.

The technicians were very friendly and informative. Unfortunately the had do work about 30 minutes in light rain, but completed non the less without complaints. Very pleased with the service and converted my daughter’s family over to Cool Pro when Cool Ray told her both her units needed replacement or about $9000 worth of repairs repairs to keep them running. Cool Pro repaired for about $700. She was very pleased.

Our aging HVAC system died and we were not happy about replacing it given today’s prices, but these guys were great. I got six estimates, each with several options/packages, and CoolPro easily offered the best overall package value (cost/options/SEER/brand (Trane)/financing). Install was within a few days and the crew, including the owner Lee, were on-site and great, making sure everything was done to a high standard. Highly recommend!

Great company!!! Lee was great!! I used them as a third diagnosis for a 5 year old unit that suddenly stopped working. The 2 prior companies told me that i would need a new unit. It was hard for me to accept that a 5 year old unit would need to be replaced, so again i called Coolpro. Lee came and advised me it was a part that was failing NOT the unit itself. Lee was honest, did a excellent job, and saved me money!! My unit it working and better than before!! Thanks Lee and CoolPro.

Lee has maintained our units for two years now. I appreciate his professionalism and customer service. I had to make a call for him to take a look at why our heat pump didn't kick on. He explained the problem to me and told me what to do in the future if this happens again. He didn't charge for this visit and I appreciated his honesty. I would highly recommend Coolpro to anyone. Lee has earned all of his perfect reviews with his honesty and integrity in how he operates a business by not trying nickel and dime his customers. I wish there were more business like this.

It's been a few years since they started servicing my HVAC. They respond in a timely, friendly and professional manner. I appreciate the fact they don't recommend services that aren't needed. Did a great job. Arrived on time. Completed the job of removal of the two old units and installed the new ones. Took all the old equipment away. Area was neat and clean when the job was completed and crew left our home.
