I have shopped at the Marietta store several times. I've always had a good experience there. I find what I'm looking for and usually more. I always gotten good help at the store and that's a big plus compared to some other similar stores.

Buying experience was OK but if you use them for warranty service you are better off fixing it yourself. Engine seized on my leaf blower after 2 months. Took it in to NT and they said they would have to take a look at it to see if it was under the warranty. Now they say they can’t even look at it for a least a month. REALLY!
I made sure there was the correct amount of oil so it is obviously a engine failure under warranty. You can take your chances in buying equipment from them but if you need warranty service after the sale it appears that you will wait months for even an answer to whether it is covered under warranty. Buyer beware.

It was my first time at this location. I heard bad experience from previous customers.
I came in to return a few items while I understand the reason why I could not return them, the elderly employees were unprofessional. They treated me in a very rude manner. I believe that Northern tool should have sensitivity trainings for employees like them. It seems like these employees treat their Latino customers in a very rude manner. These women are representing your company. I will not be back and stop shopping at this location/company.

AVOID THIS STORE!! I paid money to have a generator shipped here from their corporate warehouse, and they removed my name from it (after taking my money out of my account!) and sold it to someone else!! Which wouldn’t be a big deal except that this store didn’t have any other ones to give me and offered no apologies for what they did or other options. I spent most of the day on the phone with their corporate office trying to get it rectified. We are RVing for the summer and would have been without AC for our family in South Georgia had someone at corporate not intervened. I have never spent this much money on something and been treated so badly. This place is a nightmare!!!

Absolutely the worst purchase I have ever made for my business.
3 months ago I bought a skid sprayer 100 gallon from them. I've spent more time fixing it than I have been able to use it. had to take it in to have the pump replaced within a month of purchasing. Took them nearly a month to repair the thing. And ever since we have gotten it back it has just been breaking almost on a daily basis. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

They have quality equipment but the customer service is terrible. No one in there knows anything about products or if they have inventory in stock. Tried for 5 days to get seals for a cat pump on my pressure washer and everyday I drove by to see if they had came in and no one could tell me anything but "they should be here tomorrow." They are happy to take your money the first time but won't help after that.

Very rude, condescending employee I Think was named Blake.. Many other employees acted like they would help Just To Disappear.. One employee just flat out said "I dont have time to be lookin for stuff in the back, Ive got stuff to do in the fronts" what?!?.. I ended up ordering the item online which sent me instructions for in store pick‐up because it's ''In-Stock'' after all; smh.. We'll see how this goes I guess.

I went to the service department to get a carburetor, hose filter, and gas tank for my pressure washer. Alex and Ty have been very knowledgeable and had every answer to any question I had. I look forward to keep my business here cause they keep my business going
