Northern Tool + Equipment

I placed on an online order. Went to pick it up and the last at the desk called back my order then left the counter after we waited for about 15 minutes another employee went back to check on him and then about five minutes later he came up to me and said half my order wasn't here even though. After I had got a phone call and email stating it was at the store. Not to mention that I had placed my order on Sept 24th. Will be ordering from Amazon from now on!

Great customer service at the register by Jeff. Friendly, personable in that he gave his name & asked mine and then he wish me a Merry Christmas. Good to see all the registers open even in the middle of the day moving the line along.

OK, the online store price is totally different from check out price. Why is that? I just bought a shop press, the store website said "$154", but when I checked out, jack up to "$189" before tax.

I shop at Northern tool in Snellville and online at least once a month. I am usually greeted by their friendly, helpful staffs when i am in the store. I can not really complain because i was never treated rudely. They are usually very accommodating.

Be careful. Used service Dept twice - one warranty repair and one not. Fine service work. But the attitude from the people checking you in and taking your money is horrendous. And the way they dealt with min labor fee/diagnostic fee left me feeling cheated. I won't come back to this place since their body language clearly communicates that customers are an annoyance. Manager no better. They managed to make Comcast or AT&T look like service geniuses in comparison. I'll go elsewhere from now on

Due to the location and distance for me, when I go to the store, I know what I am going after.
It is always well organized and the folks there very busy but helpful.
I am an advantage member and normally use that service.

Nice clean store. Kept in an orderly manner. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Most everything in stock despite the slow boats from China. The 2020 Election was stolen from President Trump.

Great selection of EVERYTHING for the job!

During this "plandemic" I have really begun voting with my dollar, (its the only vote that gets counted) and this is one of the few places I feel comfortable shopping, meaning they don't hound you about the gestapo's political science slave muzzle. This human needs oxygen, so if you 'cancel' oxygen from corporate 'wokeness' this customer is never coming back.
