Northern Tool + Equipment

I usually order my supplies from Northern Tool online but I had an emergency quick fix for my pressure washer. They had the item in stock and customer service was excellent. Will definitely visit this store again

They don't honor their protection plans. The protection plans are basically up to whoever is working. This is all on Jeff the manager. He's dishonest, condescending, and not very bright.

Always easy ordering or store shopping. The most pleasant sales associates and great prices with even better discounts and coupons than anywhere else.

Eventually was able to get the advertised Sale price on my item but, only after having to jump through hoops of website, use "Chat" tool and, then discover I have to go to the physical store to pick up my purchase anyway! Not very up front approach.

I've been shopping at Northern Tools for years and always been pleased with their products and service. The staff has always offered help in the store even without asking. When help is needed someone has always been easily available and helpful. I've never experienced them being short staffed or unavailable.

Their product line is definitely a teir (or two) above their competition. I do think they would really do well with a physical store further northwest of Atlanta, closer to Canton. Their marietta store is great and they have a store on the northeast side of Atlanta. But there is a lot of growth and blue collar on the northwest side that I believe they are missing out on to H.F. and T.S. which have locations in the area.

Would not recommend buying from their website at all, if you want to get something go to the store. We ordered a water tank from online through them April 11, was told at the end that it would ship within 3 days. After not hearing anything we contacted them to have them say it was on back order & they didn't know it was. So we would get an email soon as it changed. We never did, called again was told they would check on it then never heard back. Called again was told it was updated it would ship in a few days, explained to that person the issue we been having & they gave us a number to call we did & they said they would ship next day well ended up shipping to days later said we would get it in 2-3 days we are now at day 4 & still not here. We are losing business due to this. It should not have been posted at in stock & to ship within 3 days if that wasn't the case. But to make it worse getting the run around every time.

The staff is always courteous and professional. Everyone knows the inventory and store layout.

Your Marrietta store is well stocked. I have had a good experience everytime I have shopped there. My job takes me out of town quite a bit. I have had an equally good experience in your Stockbridge, and Macon branch's. I have done business with Northern Tool since they first came to Atlanta. I have to make myself leave when I shop there.
