What a great experience! I was looking for a reasonably priced Solar Panel kit and Northern had just the thing! I would give 6 stars to the wonderful ladies at check out who made this experience all that much better!!

It’s not a good store for handicap. I ordered curbside because I can’t walk on my own making it difficult to carry anything out. So when I arrived, I called and the guy seemed to have an attitude that I couldn’t come in to get it and told me he’s the only one working that I’m going to have to wait. He then puts me on hold for 30 minutes and never returns. I finally get someone that can help me bring my stuff out if I go inside and when im inside I see that he was definitely not the only one working but there was at least 3 employees in there working.

"Once a tool has been gassed and oiled we can't return it."

How would you know if a chainsaw works or not without putting gas in it? These people provide no support, and do not stand behind their products. I'll never do business here again.

I purchased an air compressor for my business. I was told it would take 10 -14 business days to receive it, at the store. Unfortunately that comitment was not met.
I did not have a good experience dealing with corporate customer service. That said I had an exceptional experience with the store manager, Bonnie,in Marietta. She did her absolute best to ensure I left feeling good about my overall experience.
She went above & beyond to ensure it was properly loaded on my truck. She even took the time to tie it down properly.
Alex, the knowledgeable technician, was tremendously helpful & insured my equipment was properly put together & ready to use.
Thank you Bonnie & Alex. You both truly understand the term " customer service".
I hope Northern Tool does a better job valuing great employees like Bonnie & Alex!!

Good clean well lit store and most of there items are good quality. But I will never buy any product that has to be returned to there in store warranty shop. I purchased a power washer and could not get it to run more than a few minutes. Two weeks after purchase I brought it to the store to be fixed. They kept it 3 days and when I went to pickup I was informed it had bad gas and was also informed no warranty coverage.You got to read the small print it the paper work Charged me $80 I was so mad I just left the store and when I got home it still would not run. So I put it in the back of my storage shed and it's still there over a year now maybe two so the gas is bad now. LOL Some day I will cooldown enough to take it somewhere to be fixed or give it away. Lowes and Home Depot just exchange there products if under 30 days because they don't have a warranty department. I do purchase products from the store but nothing that might have to get warranty work in the store.
