Northern Tool + Equipment

It's an easy order process, I like easy, and love Northern Tools the Marietta store has great people!

My go to store for most anything. A wide variety of products that no one else carries. I usually order products online and pick them up in the store. This gives me a chance to shop even more.

Did not have what I was looking for. I needed a tool box with wheels I can pull and they only had one style. So now I guess I have to go to a different store to be unnamed.

I would suggest to take your business to the other northern tool location. Current management does not honor warranty tool exchange. Even with reciept and phone number documentation. I also felt racially profied during my experience baised on the judgement, questioning and accusation of me trying to scam the store. I will never make another purchase with this company

Never had a rub in the 14 years I have shopped this store. The folks are pleasant, helpful and Know Where Stuff Is..!!

Northern tool always has what i'm looking for and the merchandise is usually a reasonable and fair price, but the shipping is always too high. The products are of good quality and I usually get them in a reasonable timeframe, but as said, the shipping is high.

Great selection. Prices too high unless a coupon is used. Online order function constantly changes my store and hangs up. Usually takes 15 or 20 minutes waiting in store while the find my order.

My shopping experience has always be great. Professional store clerks. Answers all questions asked. Great Service
