Very helpful people. Large inventory and choices.

As expected Decent tools @ a reasonable price. They got tools you never new you needed before you visited their store. Clean, well organized, great lighting. However the staff member I spoke with wasn't very knowledgeable to the location of most any tool in particular. Typical response was " if we got it it's probably in the automotive (or whatever) department. Where it sounded like it could be found "IF" we got one! or even sell what your talking about. BUT THE STORE IS NICE OVERALL! 🤠

When I need a hard to find item or tool Northern has always been a good place to go especially needing a wide variety of items

Great service! I showed up just minutes after the store had officially closed. I explained I was there to pick up an online order and I was invited to come and complete the transaction. It took a few minutes to locate and retrieve the order. Terrence & Sabrina did not think twice about taking care of me, even after the store had closed. I am grateful and really appreciate the professional manner in which they handled my order. Their selfless acts saved me about 90 minutes of additional driving time. Thank you!!!

In a very desperate situation I needed to buy a generator. I called around and this chain seemed to be the only one that had them still available. I can honestly say that my first experience was a bit rushed (probably due to the crowd) and my generator only worked one day. I called back and was advised to bring it back to them.

Day 2 I had the most AMAZING experience. I walked in and was greeted by Jeff. He was knowable, apologetic and friendly. He explained that the one I bought was having issues and got use a different one ( it worked great) . Also wanted to mention the cashier Carrie who was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store!

I am going on 10 years with Northern Tool. I just want to say, There were many ups and downs as there are in ALL jobs. BUT..... Northern DOES recognize their employees and you CAN move up even when your a woman trying to make it in a "mans" store. I started out as a cashier and being Sr. Assistant Manager and manager of the show room I am now working on moving up even further to getting my own store. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my job and even though it has been hard work at times it DOES pay off. The corporate team are top notch and so down to earth. I am in Marietta and I am also looking to expand my sales team to be even greater then we are. Benefits are awesome and so are the perks. Like winning contests. having store cook outs ect... come join us!!!!

Patti assisted me and provided exceptional customer service, she is very knowledgeable and personable. Patti deserves the sincerest appreciation, totally positive experience! As a result I will continue to be a loyal customer and refer friends and family. Ask for Patti, she is always on point hands down #1. It's not often you come across someone who represents a brand as well as she does. Patti genuinely cares about quality and customer service.

I came in to get a hobart welding helmet that was showing in stock at the marietta location. There were none on the shelf and none in overstock. Someone had scanned the wrong items and the inventory was wrong. An employee tried to help and got someone else to help her but they never came back so I left. I had to just order it and have it delivered. I would call first and see if they can lay their hands on it first before you go.

Shop online all the time. Always have what I need and shipped & received the same week.

I called into the Marietta store and spoke with Patty. She was so pleasant first thing that morning.
I needed to make a purchase of a truck tool box and wanted to know if it was in stock and could I pick it up in a few days(because if work). Patty not only located the item in the computer, but physically went to make sure it was on the shelf. It was! She walked me through the purchase process and made sure it was placed in the back for my later pick up.
I want to make you aware that service like this from Patty is an asset to your company.
