Update: Nov. 2021-Today, Cool Pro came out to do a tune up and check up on my new Trane HVAC system before the winter arrives. I continue to be impressed with this team of competent and personable HVAC professionals! For over a year, I have enjoyed my AC and my power and natural gas bills are drastically lower than when I had the old, inefficient system. Their customizable service plan gives me the option to pay monthly and includes two service calls & regular filter for fall/spring check up and to replace the filter.

Summer 2021: Over 13 years ago, or so, I meant Lee. My mother had just had triple bypass surgery and did not have central air in her home. Lee worked with me on a price and helped make it possible for me to install AC for her.Since then, Lee has been my go-to person for HVAC at my home, too. I can always count on Lee for the best advice and service for the best value. I would not go anywhere else for HVAC service in my area! I have referred Cool Pro to friends and family and they have been very pleased, as well. He and his team arrive on time, are extremely professional, and are the best!

Lee was very knowledgeable, professional, and had great customer service. He was very responsive and prompt in fixing the issues with our HVAC system. I would recommend this company and will use him again if we ever have a need in the future.

I would like to thank CoolPro (Lee and team) again for coming to our rescue - Compressor blew a pin (dead-in-the-water) Tuesday afternoon - Lee was able to come by about two hours later to survey the carnage, we both were sad once we realized what the issue was, but, happily, the compressor was still under warranty and he immediately called the supply house - they had a new compressor in stock (miracles of miracles) and he and his team were able to get us up and running the next day - Got up to 88F in the house, so not the best for sleeping Tuesday night, but last night was great! I highly recommend CoolPro for your heating and cooling needs (big or small!) - Knowledgeable, professional, reasonable and pleasant to work with.
