When my Trane AC died, I looked for a Trane specialist to diagnose it. Lee from CoolPro was able to respond quickly, diagnose it within minutes, and gave me options to address it. I chose to replace my outdoor unit with a new one. Lee had me quotes by end of day and installed and working within 48 hours. I am glad to have found someone competent and honest to work with on future HVAC upgrades I'm planning.

I cant say enough about this company! I bought my house last year and I trusted everything with the a/c was done correctly as I asked before closing. Last summer I couldn't get my upstairs to cool pass 72 and it was stuffy. I purchased and installed ceiling fans upstairs and downstairs and expensive curtains to help. This summer came and same issue so I thought it was the "normal" until the hottest week of summer thus far came and the inside of my home was in the 90's. I contacted Coolpro on a late Saturday evening and received a response back right away. The tech asked a few questions regarding the issue I was having and right away worked me in the schedule. He showed up on time and went right to work. He wasn't just in and out in 2 seconds either. He took the time to check, repair, and test my system, not just for the current issue I was having, but anything he could see that may cause future issues. Our old HVAC system failed all of a sudden. We contacted Coolpro and few other companies for quote. CoolPro was very quick in responding to our request, made a quick visit to our place and gave multiple options. After we decided to go with Coolpro, they scheduled a day for installation and executed the installation to perfection. They were so kind enough even to buy mulch and install it around the heat exchanger outside to make it look it clean. I highly recommend them!
