I met with the owner Lee to service our ac and furnace system. He was great! Arrived timely and was awesome to work with. He serviced our 15 year old unit and didn’t try to upsell or charge us more then what we needed. I even asked him about a nest thermostat, and he had one on his truck and installed it. Very good service and professional. Will use him again for any HVAC needs in the future.

Lee’s guys did a great install and were professional and extremely respectful of my home. I was impressed by the fact that they put drop clothes on the stairs and entry way so not to dirty the carpet or rug. When they pulled up the drop cloths they had put booties on!
Install was clean and neat. They explained the units features and needed maintenance.
I couldn’t have been happier with the process and I have already recommended them to my girlfriend for home.

Lee was professional and informative. Preformed all the maintenance very quickly and efficiently. Was knowledgeable and taught me a few things about my system and how to maintain it throughout the year. He is such a nice guy!

CoolPro was very responsive by phone and text. They don’t service my area anymore but happened to be nearby and came right over when I had water leaking into my kitchen. They were very helpful and clear in communicating the issue with our A/C and how they were fixing it. I’d use them again!
