The crew did an excellent job working to install systems in our home. They were professional and cleaned up the workspace before leaving. Overall the air quality in our home significantly improved as the team replaced the old plenums that harbored allergens with all new metal plenums and sealed the units way better than the previous systems that existed. Cool pro is a great company. Lee responds to requests very quickly. Something that is important when your ac goes out. He and his employees are very knowledgeable and professional. They got to the job , installed a new system and never leave a mess. You will be very pleased with them.

Despite their busy week, they made room for an assessment a day after one of our air ducts became disconnected from poor construction and old age. Early the following week they came out, on time, to cut about 5-7ft of excess duct work and reconnect everything to make a less crowded attic and more streamlined fit. I was doubtful too when I saw straight 5 stars for this company, but I just used them and they are the real deal.

I called them yesterday for a tune up with as hot as it has been and Lee was at my house at 8:00 the next morning. Incredibly nice and genuine, and definitely knows his stuff. My AC is now blowing at 50 degrees and we couldn't be happier.

Very professional, kind, and willing to help if it is in their capability. Had an issue with an item under warranty in a house I just bought. Of course, the issue happened on a weekend. Got in touch with a sweet lady on the phone on a weekend and was able to get a last minute appointment. Even though I couldn't get a fix the same day and had to wait because nothing is open on the weekend, I got a call first thing in the morning on Monday with a solution. Unfortunately, I had a defective component. Things like this happen. The fix took a little while, but was in and out with minimal disturbance to the house. 100% would recommend!!
