Lee came out early Monday AM day after Christmas. No heat downstairs. Fixed in less than an hour. Very appreciative of the response when they had a very busy call repair schedule.

I used CoolPro twice this year; they were significantly less expensive to install an A/C coil, gas valve & capacitor vs. the company I have annual maintenance contract with. I will be switching annual contract to Coolpro. Responsive & they show up on time.
