Top notch service! Quick response and very thorough. Did a great job repairing one AC unit and doing maintenance on both. Still great as we used them two years ago.

Lee Gill was very professional and on time! He was a jolly person to talk with and was able to help out with our AC that had a small issue. He was done before the end of the work window. I would have Lee back over any time.

Our Whole system went down, he camr out the next day. The advise on what we needed was spot on with no oversell.He installed our new system yesterday. It was done in just over half a day. The crew were excelent, very clean and tidy.

On Christmas Eve morning, when the temperature was below zero, we woke up to a downstairs furnace that was not putting out warm air. I called CoolPro and they sent someone out within two hours to fix the problem. Remember, this was on a Saturday morning, Christmas Eve. Amazing response and professionalism. I have worked with Lee Gill for many years before he bought the business from Jay Banks. He has always been courteous, professional and on time.

Coolpro came out a few weeks ago. Even though we did not have an appointment he fit us into his schedule. He arrived on time. He was VERY professional and knowledgeable. The service was very reasonable . All in all a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Coolpro!!!
