Cool pro has been doing my HVAC maintenance for about 5 years. They always do a thorough inspection to make sure my system is in good working order going into winter. Jon very knowledgeable was very good about explaining what he is doing and how my units were doing over all.

They were able to come the next day to replace my whole HVAC unit, arrived 10 minutes early and they were done with the whole job in 5 hours. Gave me a full rundown of how to maintain the system, and left the house as clean as it was when they arrived. Highly recommend them!

A 2 stage Trane AC/Furnace system was installed Today by Cool Pro June 3,2021 to upgrade from our older system to a more energy efficient system.The installers Nick, John , & Rubin were professional, punctual, hardworking , & efficient and effective installers. They did a wonderful job..we are pleased to have AC again. Thanks to all of the Cool ProTeam members! Great Customer service from the start.

Lee and the team at CoolPro installed a 2 zone, 2 stage system to add conditioned space to my basement. Lee quoted the right setup and didn't try to upsell aggressively.

The install went smoothly, with great communication throughout. I would definitely refer them to friends and family if they have HVAC needs.

Had a unit acting funky but still cooling. they came out quickly, listened to what was going on, checked my outdoor and indoor units to see what could be causing the issue. Freon was fine, drain was fine. Couldn’t replicate the funkiness so they cleaned the coils and we are keeping our fingers crossed for no future visits. They were considerate when entering the house with show coverings and making sure they didn’t damage the floors. They were also great at “reading the room” as far as our comfort levels for social distancing and being sensitive to it. Much appreciated!!!

Update - initial issue of my unit turning on and off seems to have subsided and our ac seems to be on mega-tron level now. Our units are so quiet now that I’d love to pay to have my neighbors units done that are running super noisy LoL

This a an honest professional company! They have installed and serviced our home and business for over 10years. Lee is very knowledgeable and an honest gentleman when a repair is and is not needed. I would highly recommend this company!

Absolutely amazing service! Within 2 hours was on site and repaired in the middle of summer. Lee was great on site; Brandy was very helpful in their office. Will be using them exclusively from now on for all cooling and heating repairs.
