CoolPro is a great outfit. Lee is responsive and knowledgeable. He brings a full team and finishes quickly. His team are professional, came up with strong solutions to some challenges on the work in my 100 year old stone house, they leave behind no trace of having done the work. I recommend them for any HVAC work.

My unit stopped working on hottest day of the year. Called these guys and someone was at my house within an hour and problem was fixed within 30 minutes! Lee was my tech and did an amazing job! Love This Company. They are local and honest. Saved me huge sums of money when I needed 2 new systems- Trane. Didn’t try to upsell more than I needed. Fixed issues with duct system. I called CoolPro to come look at our AC which had stopped working. Lee was at our house within 4 hours of my initial call. We had been told by another company a few months earlier that we were on borrowed time with the unit and should consider replacing it with a new model. I was expecting to hear the same thing. Lee was able to diagnose and fix the unit in short order. He further said we should have lots of life left in it. So not only did he get our house cool again he charged only a simple service call. I was very impressed to say the least.

Lee is the best. Super personable, quick response tines even after hours. He's honest to tell you what you need or don't without having to worry He's trying to take advantage of you. I don't know how many people we've recommended him to but he's the ONLY HVAC tech we call!
