Had a tech diagnosis our AC issue, quoted us 1500.00 for repair cost. Had 2 other companies qoute us $380-420.00 for the same repair Casteel was charging 1500.00
How does that make any sense! So yah I feel they were trying to get me to spend more money by pushing me to replace the UNIT. Claiming to be a Christian company yet, they literally don't care about the customer. I will NEVER be using Casteel again for anything nor will I be recommending them.

Got a brand new top of the line HVAC unit 3 years ago. Very nice salesman and installer. Did the job quickly and the unit works great. It stopped working last week and I was able to call late at night on their 24/7 line and got an appointment for the next day. The guy came out in the scheduled time window and it was just a small thing that had burnt out and was replaced within 15 minutes. He didn't even charge me and was really friendly. :) Happy customer!

Tim Robinson is the hardest working man I have every encountered. He does not give up until every thing is repaired/replaced and up to current code requirements. My home is over 100 years old and still had original parts that have now been replaced and the gas leak is repaired.

Very happy with my installation. Blake and his crew of 4 very professional individuals replaced my 2 HVAC systems in my house. They replaced lots of parts that a lot installers typically don't replace, added 5" filter, new thermostats, fixed a problem with with one my rooms, cleaned after they left and finished within 7 hrs. They have a very impressive warranty for their job, highly recommend it.

May be a long post. Tech came out Friday June 22nd. He was thinking thermostat. Not it. He came back again on the 23rd. He could not fix the unit saying a new one was needed. Fast forward to Monday June 26th the tech that i have always used came out and had the unit running within 30 minutes. In the mean time a sale consultant came to the house on Saturday June 24th he done his spill of everything with a cost of 13,400 for a new unit. Now having said all that the tech and the sals rep are just doing their job but the company in general and the management is what i want to talk about. This is by far the way to run a company try to sell when it is not needed and that is all it is. Integrity and character are the only things we have left as people and companies. So having said that i could go on and on but just beware of this company in general. Get second and third opinions before spending unnecessary money. On a follow up it’s July 7th customer service just reached out to me about this post. The nice lady ask what they could do to help this situation. Meaning can we give your money back to take this post down. Again as i have said before i do not blame any employee there i blame the management for setting the rule and regulations of the company and those rules do not look out for the customers and making them happy it’s all about the big sale with this company. I will not be convinced otherwise. Beware is all i can say
