Chris kuykendoll is the reason i wil be only using Casteel from now and i will be recommending him to everyone i know they are always on time and nice and respectful people. He went above and beyond almost made me cry good tears because my ac was broke and with was 89 degrees. And since he couldn’t schedule me the next he bought me a window ac so that the next two days before my appointment i would not be suffering and that amazed me that level of care is unmatched!!!!!

The 79$ Tune up promotions they send to your home are the baits to get to sell their other products. Called them AC time up and noticed on of my AC unit got issue, one of their technician arrived and identified the problem, and suggested me to change the entire unit with cost estimated around 12-15K. Later I reached out to local HVAC technician, he troubleshooted couple of hours and fixed it for 2700$ with 10 year warranty. Also given me option to update whole unit for $7K, with 10 year warranty. So better to trust your local technicians.

We had previously hired Casteel to replace our water heater and for a minor electrical issue. Both times we were sufficiently pleased with the outcome and price. So, when our heat went out, we called them again. This time, it wasn’t a minor fix but a major one with both of our units needing to be completely replaced. Samuel, the repair tech, was so thorough and knowledgeable about the critical issues the system had. Blake, the sales consultant, was also knowledgeable about what we needed. It is such a daunting purchase, and he helped with that. We will continue to hire Casteel for anything we need.

We had an entirely new HVAC system installed in June of 2021 followed by approx.10 service visits, half of which were to get it up to code to pass inspection after installation. Now AC has not worked for a month on a less than 24 mth old system and we're 5 visits in without resolution or contact from Casteel for it to be resolved. I'd recommend someone else to invest in as we regret using Casteel.

I wanted to share why I chose Casteel for my new HVAC system over two of your top competitors. Yes Casteel is a premiere Lennox dealer with awards to back up their work, but the competitors have that too. For my situation the 3 quotes were all extremely close in price. But the real key to my choice was your sales rep Mason Singleton. I understand he's a former tech and recently turned sales rep. Maybe that was his key, because his approach was very different from the competitors and in a very refreshing way. Not cocky and pushy at all, very knowledgeable on the equipment along with process. If he didn't know something he admitted that and found out the answer. Most importantly he listened to our needs and didn't attempt to push me into something I didn't need or want. After planning to do an AC system only and understanding those risks. Mason due to his family obligations and mine picked the conversation back up later at night past 11pm! Ultimately my wife and I pulled the trigger on a full HVAC system instead of only AC & Coil. Great job Mason and good luck moving forward in your sales career, you'll do fine! Looking forward to my new unit & future relationship with Casteel.

I do not recommend Casteel at all. I went through them due to word of mouth. I had an entirely new HVAC/Heating system installed back in November 2022. Within 6 months, I have had 19 appointments and have spent over 100 hours at home due to appointments. They give you a 4 hour window to be home for appointments but sometimes show after the scheduled time. These appointments have been due to problems with the HVAC/heating system they completely replaced this past November. It has gone out four times now. They do not do emergency calls as advertised. I have had to spend nights outside of my house due to it bein 80+ due to poor installation. They’ve had to come back and re-install things that previous technicians did. I’ve had multiple people complain about how previous technicians did something. We had to have some of the PVC pipes installed completely moved due to poor placement from a previous technician. I have tried to reach out to their customer service, who is impossible to contact because they do not have a direct line. You have to ask someone to put you in contact with them, but I had to ask three different employees because no one had a record of me asking. I have now spent two weeks playing phone tag with a customer relations person, but despite giving my availability, they only call when I am unavailable. They do not have a direct line and whatever phone number they give you to call Customer Relations back it is to schedule an appointment. I spent close to $12,000 with a company who can’t seem to figure out why their equipment does not work and refuses to address customer service complaints. I do not recommend them. The only upside is that all of these appointments have been free due to their 10 year warranty and easy to schedule via phone call.

I had a problem with a system that I recently purchased from Casteel and the technicians (Leon & Nestor) that were sent have been great at diagnosing the problems and fixing them.

I was skeptical about going with Casteel when purchasing my HVAC systems a few months ago however once I looked at the value and an unbeatable warranty I knew I made the right choice. Matt was my salesman and he did a great job walking me through what Casteel offers. When making such a large purchase (and I had to replace 2 full systems) it's easy to get buyer's remorse but I have been completely satisfied that I made a great purchase with Casteel.

The service technician, Samuel, came out to inspect our HVAC system. He found numerous issues with the system. I knew that there were problems but did not realize the extent until he showed them to us. He spent a lot time going over his findings and making suggestions. He also wrote up a detailed report and provided us with photos of the problem areas.
