Our experience with Casteel has always been awesome from day one. The staff are not only knowledgeable but are extremely helpful. Mr. Tony Stapleton provided us with continued guidance on maintaining our hvac system and the membership process as well. Mr. Stapleton also answered any questions we had regarding our hvac system as well. We appreciate Mr. Stapleton and the Casteel family.

I've had Casteel out twice now for electrical work. They are timely, efficient and have great communication. The electrician who came last time, Jeremy was very friendly and most of all very knowledgeable. He for just a small install job this time but I took the opportunity to ask about some future work we needed done. I've had other electricians quote me all sorts of wild stuff for updating the electrical in my old house but Jeremy actually took time to explain the condition of the panel on my house and what I could do to improve safety and be up to code. I'll be calling them back. Thanks Jeremy!

Casteel and every technician, sales person and supervisor (service, install and warranty) we have worked with since the Big Freeze in Atlanta over Christmas 2022 has exceeded our needs, wants and expectations.

The Competitive price on a replacement gas furnace and install over Christmas was perfectly installed in a clean, efficient and timely manner. A warranty follow-up call to fine tune and install some extra duct work, to better accommodate our new high efficiency furnace in an effort to eliminate noises created by our existing, builder grade quality duct work routing, was over the top in customer service and after sales support.

No charge for the fine tuning of the duct work while also taking the extra time to patiently listen for our "phantom" noise to enable the final solution to make our new system the most quiet system imaginable. We can't even hear when it is actually running now it, it's heavenly!

We look forward to continuing a long term business relationship with Casteel and to trusting them with some needed plumbing and electrical, work we've been putting off for quite awhile, based on our HVAC/Furnace replacement experience.

Update: yesterday was third day without heat. They did send someone out to fix the heat pump but soon after he started we lost all
Power due to the storm. I give him credit for trying to do his best without power and he hoped it was fixed, but when the power came on at 2;49 in the morning the heat pump did not. I immediately called Casteel and they scheduled me for service today between 10 and 2. It’s now almost 2:30 and no one has been here yet Im now working on day 4 with no heat.

Original post. Had a pleasant experience with Casteel in March, 2022 when they installed my heat pump but not so pleasant when the system stopped running yesterday. They advertise same day service. Called the number on the heat pump and the customer rep scheduled me for Saturday. Told him no way and he connected me to dispatch who were able to get me a technician that night. Unfortunately a part that they do not have on their trucks had shorted out and he had to order it. He said they should have it the next day. Checked with them twice today and they can’t tell me if the part has been received or when my system will be fixed. It’s January and cold out and I’m without heat for a second day today.

I had a water heater installed by another company after it broke and we needed an emergency repair. I wish I could have gone with Casteel from the start. Jeff was the plumber that was sent to my home and he did an absolutely amazing job. He did not rush the job so we could get on to the next one. He took his time and did very high quality work. Casteel will not be the cheapest quote you will get, but they are worth it because you don't have to worry about calling someone back out in the future to fix mistakes. I've been using them for years for HVAC installations and will continue to use them.

Excellent service from beginning to end. A/C condenser failed - for 2nd time - after replacement by another company 3 years back. Casteel was out same day to diagnose; Gave options for replace or new unit. And completed installation (Taylor) within the install window provided. Every step of process was superior to other company experiences.
