Spectacular service! Our AC went out and they were able to come the next morning on only a few hours of notice. Our technician Shane was very professional and was able to fix the issue quickly! Great experience all around!

I called Casteel to get help with clanging pipes every time we used water on Sunday, July 2, 2023, hoping the holiday weekend would not leave me stranded. I was surprised to have a knowledgeable tech come to the house just hours after I called. I was sent his name and picture before he arrived. Chris listened as I explained my problem in very layman's terms. He checked a couple of areas, then showed and explained my problem. He took care of it right then. I was lucky not to need additional parts. Chris is a very polite and professional young man. I was glad I had called Casteel and I would highly recommend them.

Had Samuel come out to look at a non-working unit. Helped me to understand that it was still covered by manufactures warranty and inform me that I'd need to contact the installer to save money on the repair. Could have easily done the repair and charged me the full amount. Told me everything I needed to say to secure the warranty on my next call and gave me diagnostic information to help with the next technician. Have earned any and all of my future business.

I can not express how great of an experience we have had with this company for the last 6 months or so. From preventative maintenance to installs, service, dispatch, and sales; every single person has been phenomenal & they truly stand by their work. I have to give huge props to Connor, who has worked with us multiple times. Today, he came out for what should have been a quick fix to ultimately find a larger issue with our install. He worked with his manager and across other teams in the office to make sure we were treated like family. I also want to mention Hunter, who has been our sales person for about 6 months. Both of these gentlemen are truly amazing! I have always felt like processes are explained well & I am treated respectfully. They are incredibly clean & I always feel safe with them in my home. Thank you, Casteel, for having such high standards & caring so much for your customers!

Samuel Dodd came to check out my sister’s (Molly Raynor) air conditioning unit. I am dog-sitting her pups while she’s away this week and I have to say, it’s a good thing we called, after seeing the photos of the inside of the unit! Sam recommended the right course of action and several options for Molly to review this evening. I will be orchestrating the new install and I expect nothing but the best from Casteel! Fabulous company run by fabulous people.

We have a yearly inspection / tune up done on our AC unit by Casteel. Today we had Preston come out and he was great! Very thorough and clearly knew his craft. It was such a pleasure to have him come out. We are always pleased with the technicians who come out from Casteel. Each one of them have been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The administrative staff is also very professional and helpful.

Daniel arrived on time and showed courtesy by having shoe covering available when I answered the door. My problem had a few moving parts and I had conducted some troubleshooting, as well as, having another company dispatch before contacting Casteel. Daniel, unlike the earlier Sears technician, was attentive as I explained what I had done and responded with theories about the problem before beginning his evaluation. He showed technical prowess by immediately determining the root cause and taking the appropriate measures to correct the problem with break-neck speed. I have used Casteel before but I had chosen another company to perform routine maintenance. Casteel outshined the Sears technician who had performed poorly earlier in the day. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of Daniel's service on my unit and that has regained my trust in Casteel to maintain my AC unit.

I had Samuel Dodd of Casteel come to look at a failing A/C unit late on a Friday afternoon, that is ancient. Samuel was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting us through some bad news: we need a new unit. Sean went above and beyond what i expected in explaining what was going on with our current unit, our options and walking us through the pros and cons with different options and price points (without feeling that I was constantly being "up-sold"). Most importantly, I trusted him and he gave honest advice. Definitely recommend.

Air conditioner broke down, so I called Casteel based on previous Google ratings and they weren't wrong. Very nice knowledgeable people who are very responsive to your needs. Blake was great at going through my house and explaining what I should consider and then explaining my options. He also left and then came back with a window unit so my 89 yr old mother-in-law could sleep comfortably before the new system gets installed. Despite the unexpected expense, I couldn't be happier.

Shane did an excellent job in trouble shooting our AC problem and got us back up and running in no time. I put a service request in on line at 5:30 am and a dispatcher had our appointment scheduled first thing thing the same day. I highly recommend this company.
