We called this company because our second unit stopped working. Both units were in the attic. The tech went into the attic and repaired the AC unit, however, we noticed that there was a crack in our ceiling after he left. The location happens to be our son’s room that we are waiting for his arrival to be born.

We made several efforts to speak to someone so that they could send someone out to repair the cracked sheet rock in the ceiling. All we received was a run around; we called for a week and every day we were told that the supervisor was on a call with another customer. Needless to say that we never received a call so that they could schedule for someone to access the damages and send someone to repair the ceiling. Now I have to pay out of pocket to have my ceiling repaired and it’s holding up us getting our son’s room together. I wish I had read these reviews before hiring these people. Please stay away from this company if you know what’s best for you.

Had HVAC and Duct replaced. Done in a day and cleaned up nicely. Can't beat they warranty. I will recommend to anyone. What they had to replace and clean up.

Been using Casteel after they acquired the old company that did my heat pump install. Their technicians have been consistently great and they seem reasonably priced. I will continue having them come out to maintain my system.

Chris Holcombe from Casteel did an excellent job in my older home. Built in the 70s things are not always straight forward. Chris took the time to resolve the issue. He was polite and professional. I would recommend him and Casteel.

Gerardo Lopez was my electrician and in my opinion he did a helluva a job!! On a scale 1-10 he was a 15. He went over everything I wanted to get done, repeated it for understanding, gave me the pros and cons of the things I had on my list which I greatly appreciated. He took his time, very professional, answered all my questions throughout the service appointment. Most importantly he did not rush because he had to go to another job...great customer service goes a long way as well as proper time allotment to perform a service call. He has become my preferred electrician for all future electrical needs. Thanks Gerardo!!!

Service with Casteel is always top-rated. The latest crew I had come out to replace my water heater was no exception. Brandon and his team were amazing. They provided me with all the details and took great care of my family and my home during their time with me.

At all points during the appointments we were blown away by the service. On time, professional, friendly and so much more. Will highly recommend to any family and friends.

These people have one goal in mind and that’s sell you a complete unit of $12k or more. Of course they’re going to be nice and on time when you spend that kind of money. So thankful we decided to get three estimates. Second two estimates were actually the honest ones. Did a thorough analysis and all I needed was a fan.

Stan came out for regular tune up and he showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. Casteel is a great company, I wholeheartedly recommend them.
