Airforce Heating and Air

Scheduled repair for 4 to 6 today and they were a no call no show. Contracted customer service and they couldn't tell me anything but said they would pass along my concern. Not helpful at all!

Time well spent , Ivan was my tech today was my first time using air pros he taught me a lot how to change my filter , he was courteous and knowledgeable I really liked him can I hope he come back in the winter.

On September 2 2021 A representative of AIR PROS IVAN MEDINA came out listen to me what my needs were He then Told me I needed a four head ductless air condition/heat pump this will allow positive control airflow in this building He was knowledgeable on The product that he was selling me I asked Ivan tell me about it the company you work for He was telling that his company he works for Is a great company and they takes care of their employees Listening to him made me feel I was part of the team I am for that reason I gave him my business and I will tell everyone I know about AIR PROS

Air pros of Atlanta is a fantastic company. From start to finish they were nothing but professional. The only complaint we had, is we wish they wore booties when coming in the house because they tracked a lot of mud in.

Service technician had no idea how to troubleshoot the issue. Gave me 2 estimates, one to replace every electrical part of the unit, the other for a brand new unit. Thousands of dollars.

I called a different company, they had it fixed in 25 minutes for less than $200.

I don’t know if they are crooks or incompetent.

I believe this is a honest company , I spoke with Richard and He talked to me over the phone ,on how to clean out my drain line etc . He Helped with my issues and Actually saved me money by not having to go out and get anything I didn’t need . He walked me through my problem over phone and because of his honesty They will be my preferred ac company .

Josh and Fred Really are very helpful getting my system put in And helping me get through the finance process And got approved. I highly recommend these professional guys.

Overall good people. Communication is key with these guys. Only thing I was upset that they put a hole in my ceiling, but did say they would take care of it. Overall the 3 gentleman were professional.

He showed up on time and performed the tasks. Spoke with me and gave details and sent information/ quote for additional work that was needed. Liked that he sent pictures with the email.

Terell came ontime,tuned the system and serviced,cleanup outside unit, our cooling got way better than before, he was so professional with awsom attitude, i got there membership so now on i am there permanent customer.
