When I initially put out a search for a company to handle my needs, Air Pros came up and I submitted the request via email. A customer service representative, Velvet, called me RIGHT AWAY! An appointment was scheduled for that day, a technician was dispatched, and arrived that afternoon and provided an assessment of the work that needed to be done. I was pleased with the immediate response, the overall service and professionalism of the technician and installers who came the next day to make the necessary repairs..

Called Tony Sales Manager in 6/24/22 and got nothing but inexperienced techs come out and make things worst. Tony is rude and unprofessional and Ricky his tech needs extensive training. Tony during work hours told me to email him instead of calling or texting him because he was dealing with a family issue which was the only way we were communicating.this company HVAC A VERY BAD NAME. August 3rd AC still not working and I purchased the unit from them in January 29, 2022

Would give no stars if it would let me. Horrible experience. Currently on day five of HVAC install. Poor customer service and unorganized. Its like no one knows whats going on. Would not recommend this company if the service was free. I'm on my 6th tech within 5 days. Let's see if they can finally get my system running. Oh and its definitely impossible to speak with management. All customer service says is they have to send emails and someone will call me back. Guess what no call back.

Great service. Had the parts in stock so came out the sane day to repair. It was summer so they cane back today now that its cooler to make sure it worked. A plus! Would recommend

Thank God for air pros! My air conditioning went out and all other companies were giving me anywhere from one week to 10 days to come out and look at my unit. Airpro came out the same day. Ivan was very helpful and explained to me everything step-by-step so that I understood not only about my air conditioning unit, but how to maintain it. He even gave me some options in regard to repair for my furnace and financing. I was very comfortable and would use this company again. Thanks a lot air pros.😊

First of all I felt I was scammed the prices was soo ridiculously high the technician told me he was forced to give that price and that’s how he was paid instead of hourly he get paid by sales. He wasn’t properly trained ended up making my situation even worse. I called management but they pushed my issue aside. The technician complained about how poor his paycheck was looking so he really didn’t care about the job. AIR PROS IN ATLANTA NEEDS TO GET THINGS TOGETHER!!!!

This company missed four straight appointments in a row with us only to at the end say they don't even treat mold. The tragic comedy is as follows:

Appointment #1 (Friday, September 3) - Having been assured we would receive a call 30 minutes ahead I noticed that they had not called an hour late into their appointment slot 11-2. I called them and they said they were busy and asked if they could come from 3-5. I said that's fine, it was the Friday before Labor Day anyways.

Appointment #2 @ 5:30(Friday, September 3) - I received a call that they wouldn't be able to come but would love to on Saturday. I was disappointed, having spent the entire day in my house waiting patiently, but agreed to Appointment #3 on Wednesday sometime before 2 PM with the assurance that we would be called 30 minutes before our appointment.

Appointment #3 2 PM (Wednesday, September 8) - I received no call at all, nor did my wife. The rental management agency actually reached out to us that they were calling her and not even us, the people that resided at this property. After calling them they said they came by but no one was present. I was out of the house for 15 minutes which I thought would be okay as there was a 30 minute call window, I highly suspected that they were lying anyways. My wife calls, and tells them very clearly to call my number for an appointment on Friday as she would be working that day.

Appointment #4 11-1PM (Friday, September 10) - My wife texts me at 10:20 AM that they had tried to call her. Frustrated, as she can't answer the phone where she works, I call the company. The following transcript is an accurate reflection of what followed:

Me: Hello, I have an appointment at 11 AM and would like to confirm.
Agent: Let me look into it. Hold on, my computer is being slow.
Hold 5 minutes later: What's address?
Me: Gives address
Agent: Hold please: 10 minutes
Me: I just want to make sure someone will be here for the appointment.
Agent: Let me check with the technician, places me on hold.
Me: Waiting patiently, at 30 minutes.

-CLICK-

The agent had hung up on me.

Callback #2 at 11:49

Agent assures me that he will follow up with technician to call me. Again, says they're updating my phone number into the system. (I've given my phone number at least 4-5 times at this point). For whatever reason the agent wants an email address for me.

4 PM - No one has called, so my wife calls. Agent lies and says the technician tried to call me. There's no missed calls on my phone. Agent then states that "they don't do mold anyways", which is what ALL of these appointments have been for. Agent asks if we would like to cancel the appointment (4 appointments later, after they've missed all of them). What appointment? You never made it to any of them.

Hello, Air Pros, I am writing this review because I am the owner of a church which is in 4900 Memorial Drive, Stone Mountain, Ga 30084. I am very disappointed with the customer service of this business, as well as the delays in you coming to fix my church as well as just the service overall. I have gotten a new AC and Heating System from you guys a while ago, but it is already not good at all. I have been calling guys and I have received a good amount of people coming over to fix the ac, but the people that you guys send are not good at all. Please send someone who can actually fix the Ac, because the people that you send either do not know what is going on, or they just fix it for like a day and after that it doesn't work anymore. I am the owner of this Church, and I am very displeased with this service overall. Please send someone over who will fully fix it today, and please respond ASAP. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

Glad I found Air Pros to repair my A/C unit. Ivan came out and was very professional. He explained what he was doing every step of the repair and did quality work. He explained how the problem happened and how to maintain the unit for the future. I will definitely use them for any future problems, they are a great company to do business with. And I will always ask for Ivan.

These guys were amazing, I was getting ready to have to go bury my brother and they were so understanding and got things done in a timely manner. I'd recommend them to anyone. They listened to my situation without over talking me and trying to sell me something that I didn't need. Also I bought a brand new A/C unit from them at a very affordable price. I swear they were amazing to me! DOUBLE THUMBS UP!!!!!!!
