We hired them three times this year for our rental in Decatur, November was the last time they service the unit and now our unit won’t function. Bad communication with costumers. The serviceman scared the hell out of our tenant. They act like sales men. Don’t use them. They destroy everything they touch.

My AC decided to go out this morning, and in the middle of 98 degree heat. I called them and they sent a tech as soon as possible and the same day. The tech John was very good. He did a great job. Service itself was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend.

COMPLETELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH AIR PROS! I made an appointment on July 9th 12pm-2pm. The tech Steve did not get here until 6pm, 4 hours AFTER my appointment time. He stayed for only 10 minutes and told me that he would come back the next day at 9am. The next day he was a no show. I called several times and each time I was told another lie about what time he was coming. Steve did not show up AGAIN until 6pm and blamed it on being short staffed. Understandable if he didn't lie the whole time about when he was coming. Once he finally came back, he told me that the AC unit would need to be repaired for $2000+. I told him that I would need to get it authorized by my Home Warranty company before I would agree to the repairs. He understood and told me to write a check to “hold my appointment or else my appointment could get pushed out to next week.” Desperate for working air in the middle of the summer, I was hesitant but wrote the check anyway because he assured me my check would not be deposited until the service was complete. I told Steve on Jul 13 that the Home Warranty company did not authorize the repairs. After a few days went by, I found out the check was deposited without my consent and without any service being done. After bringing this up with Steve and his manager Tony, they sent me over to the owner Krystle who issued me a refund. IT TOOK 4 WEEKS TO GET A REFUND and I did not receive any apology for the way I was treated as a customer. ALL IN ALL, THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY!

Ricky (the tech that came out) and the team at Air Pros were wonderful. Not having a working AC unit during summer in Atlanta is never pleasant, but I really appreciated the professional, kind, communicative, and timely response from Air Pros. If I ever need AC help again (hopefully not soon!) I'll call Air Pros for sure!

Mike came out even though it was late evening and checked my AC unit and gave me an estimate. He was very nice and helpful and will be back to perform the repair.
Mike returned today, 4/7/22, to do the repairs. He is a fine young man and represented the company well. I was very pleased.

Donald and Ricky took great care of the maintenance for both units today. Donald explained how my units perform best and gave me options on how to care for them. Great job.
