My technician Ivan was a true professional and was very knowledgeable. I was without heat and he got to me the first thing in the morning and gave me quality time until all the problems were corrected. I highly recommend him and Air Pros.

They installed a brand new unit at my church less than a year ago, and we’ve already had issues with it twice. We were so cold, to the point where my son said he couldn’t feel his toes last week during service. We called on Monday to get the heat working in time for events we were going to have in the middle of the week. Although the people answering the phones are very kind, we have had multiple failed attempts. They don’t come out when they say they are, they don’t read the notes in the file and contact the right person upon arrival. All in all, the u it is still not fixed, and it seems like church will be cold again tomorrow.

Michael was very personable and professional. He showed up on time and did a thorough job. I would encourage him and the rest of your staff in carry business cards as I would like to be able to give a card to my neighbor if they asked about your service.

I scheduled for them to come out and provide a quote for a home I'm am renovating and they were supposed to call when they were on the way so that I can meet them there (I only live 3 minutes away). No one ever called. When I called to ask them if I needed to reschedule I was told that someone had already been out the house and apparently had pictures of the inside and everything which was shocking to me because the house is boarded up. Anywho, I never received a call from anyone and was told that the person who came out to do the estimate was still working on my estimate and that I would be contacted by his supervisor. Fast forward to a week later and I still have yet to hear from anyone or receive an estimate.

Air Pros changed the Ethiopian church AC unit located at Memorial Dr. Stone Mountain, Ga
(which is the church I attend). We had issues even before a year with this service. During the cold winter weather, we are not able to be at the church because the AC unit does not generate heat. The technicians didn't show up on time and do not understand what the issues were even though the issues were explained many times. I do not think this is a real business and watch out before you contact them!

Tom and his team are awesome. Ivan and T.J did a great job. They find the problem and fix right away. On time and quickly diagnosed the problem. I am completely satisfied and definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend my technician, Donald. He was very knowledgeable and explained issues that I had. I was even able to purchase the yearly maintenance plan. The technician gave me a pamphlet for information on the maintenance plan and also explained the benefits.

I'm a member of Genet Tsige St. Geiorgis and St. Arsema Ethiopian Orthodox Church. Since this company put a new unit to our church, we have been having problems. The service technicians have no enough knowledge never fixed properly.
Never come on time, they schedule for three days or more to come and check even if it's still under warranty for labor and parts.
So disappointed....

The best part of my experience was with the technician. Chris was very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He gave me a time and he was true to his word.

Mike & Zack came by, diagnosed the problem quickly; laid out the repair estimate, inspected the rest of the system and went over future options and possibilities. Great service!!!

Update..I actually wanted to write a 2nd review for a another service call months later but google won't allow that. This will be my goto HVAC service in the future! I called them once again after my father hired another company to repair his heating. The other company said that it couldn't be fixed and wanted 8 to 10K to replace. I called Airpros to get an estimate to REPLACE; but they were able to repair the unit for less than $900 when the other company said that "it could not be repaired". It's the honesty of repairs that I value and will be using them in the future to repair not only my father's house but will be the first to get an estimate on installing and maintaining a custom home I'm building next year. Thank you Airpros.
