We were wondering why the furnace wouldn't come on when we turned it on, and found out from your employee, "that the unit had been shut off by someone on the main unit!" I didn't tell him, that it was another company that tried to tell us that something was wrong with our heating system! I won't even call them out. "Your employee was completely honest with us and did not try to exaggerate the issue!" A customer for life, as long as you continue to keep honest and reliable employees like the one that answered the call of duty! We promise!

Everything went very well! The technician, Rodrick, was very nice and respectful. He even wore a face mask during the visit which I thought was outstanding! I recommend this company to anyone that needs their A/C repaired. I thought that the repair price was fair and reasonable. I’m going to do more business with this company in the future. Thanks to all of the men and women that made this experience easy and pleasant.

I want to give a shout to Krystle Cunningham who works for Air Pros and all her help in getting my issue resolved. She displayed the true meaning of customer service and dedication to helping me out. She is A great asset to the business. Thank you again Krystle.

My HVAC unit was producing water in the pan under the furnace. This tripped the switch turning the AC unit off. The AC unit ran very cold otherwise. AirPros came out and said the unit was not low on Freon and that the problem was the condenser was dirty. They charged $1148 to clean the condenser and didn’t remove the water from the pan. They took the switch out of the pan so the AC would run and said the water should evaporate in 3 days. The AC wasn’t cooling down the house as fast as it should and within hours was blowing hot air. Essentially, the unit was in worse shape after the service than before. We have now been without AC for two days in ATL summer, waiting on AirPros to come back out. I think the problem may be from the welding of the copper pipes back together since the tech didn’t use a coupler. Assuming there is a leak now.

Contact them on a Thursday but then to tell me they would be out on a Friday and I’ve got rescheduled three different times only for them not to show and I still have to call to get rescheduled for Saturday for them to turn around and do the same thing over again on Sunday the tech said we’re gonna get somebody first thing out in the morning still nobody showed up on Sunday… I waited all weekend for nothing. I found someone else that day. Never again will I contact or use this company!!!

Ivan was punctual and very patient with us during inspection of our AC unit. Mitchel and James were out the next day to install our new unit, and provided quick and great service!! We would highly recommend Air Pros.

Although my unit was not able to be repaired (they are no longer manufactured), Richard was a joy to work with. He did not mind a bit that I watched over his shoulder to learn and was patient explaining what he saw and how he diagnosed the death of my mini-split. May it Rest In Peace and I look forward to seeing Richard again on install soon! Highly recommended!

***Update Update***
I can say this company is A1 in customer service. After a not so favorable review, this company made every attempt to rectify my concerns. Thank you for that. That alone would encourage me to give them a second chance.

After such great reviews, I'm baffled by my 'not so great' experience. I booked a Tune-Up service, after seeing an online special (their Tune-Ups were $119 with $100 off for new customers). My unit was not cooling properly so I figured the issue would be discovered during the Tune-Up service. The tech checked the unit then informed me I MAY have a leak, to check for the leak would be $800+ or I could recharge the unit w/o checking for a leak which would be $500+. The tech left w/o any service (note: my current filter had fallen into the bottom of the furnace, the tech did not replace the filter). I decided to get a second opinion (requested the same Tune-Up service...the new company charged $79). During the new service visit, the first thing the tech did was replace the filter. He checked and discovered a small leak and FIXED IT (I did not inform him of what the previous tech said), he then informed me I needed to recharge - AirPro quoted $500+ to do a recharge w/o fixing leak, the 2nd opinion company did both for less than $200. I hate feeling like the AirPro tech was trying to rip me off (and would knowingly overcharge to "search" for a leak that didn't require an extensive search) but it certainly appears that way. My experience with AirPro was NOT great. But glad to have been directed to a reputable, honest, company who got the job done at a fraction of the cost. 🤷🏽‍♀️
