Our air conditioner just stopped working out of nowhere. They was able to come out in less than 24 hours. They was very quick with finding out the issue and completing the job. I am so thankful that we are able to have air again. Thanks you guys 🙏.

I had Air Pros come to repair the AC unit at my investment property in College Park last month. I got a text from the tenant today saying the ceiling l is leaking from the attic and she think it’s being caused by the AC. I called Air Pros ( mind you, it’s a Saturday) and Tom got right back to me and offered to come out and take a look. GREAT customer service in my book!

Zack arrived and immediately took control of the situation, and did basic checks to determine the problem and resolved it. He went above and beyond by checking out the system and pointing out some maintenance I could do to make the ac operate more efficiently, I will definitely call him and his associate Theo back to my home.

We called Air Pros and they sent the technician Ivan out and he called before his arrival, when he arrived he was very professional and informative. Ivan helped identify the issue and I would definitely recommend Air Pros to anyone.

I am 66 years old I paid 5000+ for a new ac unit they installed it and left without seeing if it works.i have been sitting in my house with no air in 90 degree heat they tell lies and I can't trust because one of the techs tried to steal my grandson phone i called today an they said they was coming between 3-5 now its 5:57 I wouldn't use this service if I was you

I am member of the St George Ethiopian Orthofox church I was pas sing by the church this morning and found out the A/C is not working at this cold day and I was told Air pro was called but not ready to come. This is unprofessional where is the customer service? We need it for our Sunday service but Air Pro is not helping.
