The installation crew was very polite and helpful, and was able to make and adapt the equipment to complete the project. Even when what they had wouldn’t work they were able to get the right materials to the job. Job was completed in a manor of hours. They were very professional with scheduling and working on the job.

Ivan was very professional and answered all of my HVAC concerns. He was punctual and very knowledgeable about HVAC units. Every question I had he answered. I recommend this company to anyone that asks me and Im now a lifetime consumer. Also, I personally recommend other consumers to request Ivan as well so that they can have the same experience as me. Since our church, Genet Tsige St. Georgia & Arsema Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo, purchased a new unit from Air Pros it has been not working properly. It is getting worse now we had to cancel several services due to HVAC problem.
