Smith Hardware Delk Road

Avid this store, I had a awful experience, bought an item and returned it on the same day, was given a receipt that it was credited back to the card i used. The money was never returned to my card, when I went in 3 weeks later with both receipts I was told to contact my bank, which I did while in the store , and they said the my account never got the refund, I talked to the “owner” he was incredibly rude and combative, I was honestly shocked at the way he talked to me, calling me names and talking to me like a child, telling me to shut up and that he didn’t care and ultimately telling me to get out, saying he didn’t care if I got my money back. Unprofessional, horrible customer service, 0 stars.

Visited for soil but brand and pricing was not available as internet stated. Customer service excellent along with organization and cleanliness was great.

Every time I've visited this store, the store manager/owner has been incredibly rude. He acts if he doesn't want to be bother with certain people, but extremely friendly with others. There seems to be a bias there. I will not go back.

I try to shop at this local hardware store in the community, but they hardly have the common things one looks for! 14 gauge solid wire is pretty common, and they don't carry it! They advised me to go to the big box! When they finally go out of business, the owners should not be surprised!

They have everything!! Amazing how much is in that small space. Their knowledge is fantastic!!!

Great for hardware, DYI projects, plants & the like. They have many cute items you wouldn't expect in a hardware store. Staff is friendly & helpful. Shop local!

I like this place a lot I've been a good bit of money there. They remind me of Ace hardware is from when I was a young man and they've got things that Walmart doesn't have. The people working there are super friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are pretty good as well.I I had to return an item and they took it back without a single problem.

A+ knowledge service! Came in was immediately greeted and shown to the products I needed to fix squeaky stairs. I got a thorough yet brief explanation on how to use the screws and how to tackle the project. I appreciate the kind and caring staff!

Do NOT go in this hardware store if you are a woman. The staff is unbelievably patronizing and will repeatedly direct you towards "the women's section" (the gift shop). I have gone in the store on a handful of occasions and every time, I have either have been asked if I was lost or directly told I didn't look like I belonged there. The multiple of the male staff put their hands on my shoulders, hair, and arms on multiple occasions, call me "Little Lady" (among other pet names) and are generally condescending with every interaction. I would rather shop at a locally owned store but I will drive the extra 15 minutes to the next big hardware store to avoid this store. I will be looking into how to contact their HR because I know that I am not the only woman they do this to.
