It is so nice to have a conversation with a retailer about DIY issues. Moreover, the help I get listens to the issues and works with me for a best approach that may be counter to an upsale (which was the case today.)
I start my projects at this Ace.

They helped me fix my tripod at no charge but I bought the tools that they used to fix it it was only $1.50 cents is was a very nice young lady that helped me 😀 thank you now I can photograph faster

Great little place. Quick stop for that 1 needed item, small items, grilling stuff, lots of things that make it easy to get done and out. Friendly, helpful staff. Your neighborhood store.

One of the rudest employee you have.When a customer asks an employee for something leaves you hanging there oh sorry I can't help you I'm busy with another customer,rudest employee.I hope this business doesn't go out of business. Rather go to home depot and shop were they going to appreciate me as a customer.Never shopping in your store.

The young guy helping my boyfriend and I was arrogant and snarky and sold me the wrong thing. He needs to learn how to treat women and people of color with respect.

I have gone here several times, and none of the cashiers are very friendly.. not even "Santa" and sure, why they always ask me if I want a bag?? Why would I want to carry my purchase in my "hand" !!

This big bald white guy followed me around the store because i was black... this store needs to do some firing and hiring cause thats ridiculous..
Its unnerving to have somebody literally speed up to make sure you arnt stealing and then stand at the end of an isle 15 ft away from you and watch you without saying anything...
