Worst experience ever..Went in to buy 4 screws..The nice salesperson matched them up and sent me on the way..Get home and they don't fit so headed back over walked in the door and told the person what happened they said to go get what we needed..Get back to counter and the most rude guy would not exchange them said we had to bring them to him first..so the person who helped us who came up and verified what we did and the guy wasn't having it..If he needs help paying his bills maybe he should start a go fund me page instead of beating customers out of $3.00..Wish it had negative stars so he could get what he deserved..minus 50 stars

Had written a negative review in the past. I can say this store has redeemed itself. Purchased a Big Green Egg here and the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful with the purchase. Helped load everything in the car and threw in an extra bag of coals. Have gone back since to get more coal.

Clean & Clean Professional Hand Car Wash

The WORST experience I’ve ever had in this store or ANY Ace Hardware I’ve visited. I purchased a $12 item at their advice and later found that my debit card was used after I mistakingly left it at Ace. I canceled the debit card and went back to get a refund for the item (spigot) that didn’t fit. I was told by 2 sales associates (one actually was ready to refund my $12) that I needed a credit card. I explained that the card was canceled due to theft and I didn’t have another. They STILL refused to handle this simple matter.

I’m a local businessman and a local resident. I’ve been in this store MANY times on business and personal matters and I’ve seen how the white/caucasian race is treated here. Their treatment is FAR better. I don’t want to do business where they say “we’re all in this together” yet you treat me as “less than” - both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I’m helping my son paint his first home and have stopped by several times this week. Not real impressed with their knowledge of paint but I have to say they have one very polite and helpful young man by the name of Darius. He is very polite with the customers and his fellow employees.

I went to this store today and have never been treated so rudely. A nice young gentleman helped me gather things I needed, went to check me out and things started to go downhill from there. The register was not working, no problem I patiently waited for them to ring me up on the next register. The young lady forgot to ask for my rewards and forgot to ring up some of the items. I said can we rerun the whole thing so you can enter my rewards number (it was a substantial $ amount). Then “ALAN” stepped in and said no we are not doing that, there is a line (because their other register was not working). When I objected ( not crazily, but calmly) He got extremely rude and said well we can just void your whole transaction. I said Ok, remained calm, didn’t say anything else and as I was exiting he made yet another rude comment “if you can’t understand that I feel sorry for you”. He could have easily said much more nicely we are happy to rerun you transaction, we have a bit of a line would you mind if we rang these other customers and the take care of you, and it would have been fine. I will not be back, and it is a shame because I have been there numerous times, people always helpful and friendly, but with the chance “ALAN” who is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered, might be working there it will keep me away.

Staff was attentive and asked if they could help as soon as I walked in the door. Great selection of hardwood charcoal for grilling. Support quality local stores like this one. I’ll be back!

Bought a electric grill for the patio at this store. Upon first use realized it is a horrible grill. It looked like it boiled the food rather than grilled. I called the store to inquire about the return or exchange policy and was told "there isn't one, you can't bring it back. There are no returns on grills." I am not sure if I missed it somewhere that all sales are final. Had I been aware of that I definitely would have made the purchase elsewhere. From the other reviews it's definitely appears that the customer service at this store is not its strong point. #NeverAgain.

Staff members are nothing but helpful and kind. I'm one of those people who walks into a hardware store and immediately feels overwhelmed; however, the workers are always patient with helping me find what's needed.

Parking is easy and free.
