I wrote another review, which I stand by wholeheartedly. I neglected to mention my serviceman name, it is Eric Henry. This serivice took place July 12, 2022. After fooling around with another company over my broken A/C unit, I finally got frustrated and called Pro Tech. Eric came out and could not find anything wrong with my unit. I purchased a biannual service plan from him and paid for the diagnostic visit. I was never so happy to give away my money. It is truly refreshing to find an honest company and service man. I will say that the first A/C company I used did fix my unit but it broke down less than 24 hours later, and days have passed with no update from that company as far as getting a part that I needed. But, low and behold, I don't need that part anyway!! Thank you Eric and thank you Pro Tech. Your Integrity and honesty is admirable.

With 3 separate AC units in our house, it is critical for us to keep them all running efficiently. Pro-Tech has done a great job for years keeping them well maintained. Technicians are always very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. Jordan Darby is top notch!

A hybrid hot water heater was installed expertly by Joe. He even asked what direction I prefer the cold air output to point. Professional.

Chris came out same day and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He had the parts onboard his truck and had cool air flowing within a half hour. The entire process from contact to repair was very seamless and professional. Good customer service and great technicians. Very well done. Highly recommend.

Omar and Mark from Pro Tech did an awesome job installing our new Trane heat pump and air handler. They took their time and did it right. Covered our floors and took great care of us! Thank you.

I ordered a new fridge only to find out the water cutoff valve had a small leak. Called Pro-tech and they fit me in asap. Our tech Bryce, was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. Second time Pro-Texh has saved me in a pinch!
