I was very apprehensive when the technicians started cutting into the walls to start the repipe work but was very impressed with the work Justin and Manny did. They were very professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed of the work that was being done.

Tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. We spoke about different options and at the end of the day for what all the services would cost I could have a brand new unit. So that’s the route I am taking

Nick was our service provider and he was awesome! Even after given a time window I was notified 15 minutes before arrival. Nick was very professional and polite.

William was amazing at our installation. I feel horrible that I did not catch his fellow employee’s name. They arrived on time and stayed till the job was done and I knew how to operate equipment. They were also very polite and courteous.

I love knowing that ProTech is in my back pocket when I need anything HVAC-related. Jordan, who has visited a few times for preventative maintenance, is knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. Everything he says comes from a place of helping me, vs making money. I wish Jordan could be my repair guy for everything home-related! He’s fantastic!

Gregorio and Jaime cleared my drain line which has been clogged and flooding my garage. It seems my float switch failed again, even though it was replaced not long ago, and they left me with a properly working air conditioning unit. Both gentlemen were friendly and explained everything to me. I recommend Pro-Tech to everyone I know.

Moises was very nice. Arrived on time. Explained each step of what he was doing in his maintenance of our A/C. Showed me a photo of the result of cleaning out the A/C drain. Just a really nice person and very efficient.

Christopher Ashcroft from Pro Tech did a great job fixing my leaking water heater. Diagnosed the problem quickly, got the warranty part ordered, and replaced it two days later.

PROTECH has been the best service providers we have used in the 20 years we have lived in Central Florida! PROTECH came out same day as my call. Our air conditioning unit was not blowing cold air. When every HVAC service in the area was slammed with service calls including ProTech, they still managed to come out that afternoon. (There was a health issue that made getting the house cooled down an absolute necessity.) ProTech's bid was certainly more reasonable compared to the other services we had contacted prior to this day. ProTech let us know that we did not need to replace the system. It was our choice. It could be fixed. We knew we needed a new system. ProTech made sure we understood there was a choice either to fix the old system or install a new one.I wish I had the room to tell how extremely well they handled getting the right unit for our home and the installation the next morning. The whole crew was neat, clean, professional and amiable.They left everything cleaner than how they found it, It was a no stress installation. Since then they have done routine maintenance service on the new system. Every time I meet one of the service technicians, I am always pleased at how clean, professional, smart, and polite they are.I have met Moise twice and he has been efficient,clean, and professional. Each time he goes over what he has done, and patiently answers all my questions.All the technicians I've met are very well trained and knowledgeable. You will not regret using PROTECH for all your air conditioning/heating and plumbing needs!
