Their service technician team led by Kelley Klotz did an outstanding job on the installation. Their sales representative Sam is extremely courteous, honest and explained our options. He also went out of his way to make sure that our server stayed cool while we waited for the replacement. Pro-Tech is one of the best in the business, I am extremely satisfied!
