We had Protech come service our previous house in Casselberry and were very happy with the work that they had done so when we moved to Winter Garden we called them again to come check out our new homes A/C system.

We first paid for a service call for them to come check out our two A/C units to make sure they were working properly and to get them serviced because our first two electric bills were astronomical. They did a test of the system and said there was an issue with one of the coils in one of the units where it was running at about 20% efficiency. Then we had to pay for a tech to come out and diagnose exactly what was wrong. After the diagnostic we paid for parts and labor on the repair. After the repair we found that the Master Bedroom (which used to be the coldest room in the house) was now noticeably hotter than the entire downstairs. It is significantly hotter than anywhere else, and as soon as you step outside of the doors you can feel a major difference. We called protech back as we felt that this is something that should have been a follow up to either the repairs or the diagnostic to make sure that they didn't mess anything up or miss something, but they refused and want to charge for a 3rd service call/diagnostic at $180/trip.

The technicians are professional and knowledgeable but we will not be continuing services with ProTech because we feel that this is poor service to not follow up on work that was performed when an issue that arose from their work was brought to their attention.

Moises did a great job performing our semi-annual preventative maintenance on our Trane HVAC system today. He listened to all my concerns d requests and performed the service professionally. Great job Moises!
