Our AC unit was toast. Pro tech was the best service. We had called several companies but pro tech delivered.

Very professional tech. Gerrid is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. A true professional and a credit to his trade. I would recommend him to all. The entire job went well. Everything was cleaned up like he was never here. I consider myself lucky to have met him.

The repairman was professional, explained the issue and what he did. He also informed us what will need to be done down the road. He was conscious of the cost and that we could wait for a long while to do the part replacement. We were very thankful for his mindfulness of the time of year and how the cost now would be hard for us. We will definitely use Protech again.

Our water heater took a dump Saturday night. Thanks to Pro-Tech and Chris (their awesome technician) we had a new water heater installed quick and had hot water by Sunday afternoon. Chris was Friendly, took a moment to go over the new unit, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

Eric Jackson, the repair technician who visited my home today was prompt, clean, courteous, polite and friendly. He took his time to accurately assess the problem of not cooling and was quick to offer a solution and pricing. My air was “blowing snowflakes” when he left!!!
