Have used Pro-Tech for over 5 years. Good communications by phone and text with office to set and confirm time service techs will show. Tech is always on time and completes the work quickly with minimal intrusion to the home. Jordan was particularly helpful today. Very pleased.

The city cut off my water because it wouldn't stop pouring from the side of my house. They said I needed a plumber. I called Pro-Tech Air & they came quickly. The tech Dylan was very knowledgeable, professional & took his time to teach me a few things. Dylan loves what he does & proudly talked about his Company. I will definitely use their services going forward.

The Pro-Tech technician, Nick, arrived on time, was courteous, polite, and professional. He covered his shoes to protect the floors and went right to work. He inspected my unit and made, replaced the filter, and recommendations for proper continued use.

I spoke with Grace on the phone she was so accommodating and kind. Dylan came out and was an extension of Grace. He installed a water heater and did an excellent job.
