I will say though that this AC replacement work took a very long time (a whole day almost) to replace our old AC with a brand new one.However, as long as it took, it was well worth it and we are very pleased with the results. Jordan did a great job of maintaining our HVAC system. Even though we had some new issues with access to the interior portion of the system, he overcame those and performed his task in a professional and efficient manner. We highly recommend him.

William & Albert showed up 10 min early- they backed their truck up and went to work. Due to my anxiety I was not present during the entire installation but I will say they did one of the most amazing jobs I have ever had done to my home; inside and out and even under adding new PVC piping; painting to give a clean look; professional and respectful. I didn’t know what to expect with a job that took 8 hrs. They checked every positive box! I’m happy to recommend ProtectAC & Mr William

Nicholas Garcia was prompt in fact he came earlier which was great. He went right to check my AC unit and performed the needed maintenance check. I did mention that I needed plumbing work and needed an estimate he was able to get me an appointment for today that was great!!!
